I was worried about the ingredients and if it would kick me out of ketosis but it works with my diet and Im still able to maintain a good level. I love mint chocolate flavors. It’s a decent taste and texture and I am happy with it. The price isn’t crazy but I do wish it were cheaper. I’d buy a ton of these and the smores. They’re better than the Atkins bars!
