These protein bars have a good flavor and are soft and chewy. They really don't taste like a protein bars. On the down side they are are too expensive to order on a regular basis. I would like to see the price come down.

My husband lost 20 lbs switching to a low carb diet. I have lost about 5lbs but I wasn't trying to lose weight. Very filling. Instead of ice cream, cake, or cookies... have a sweet tooth? Eat one of these instead and not only will it satisfy the craving with little to no net carbs, you will feel full for another 2 hrs. My husband and I eat one or two a day as a snack. It's not cheap but when you compare what cravings we would be eating otherwise to splurge like french fries, a dessert, or chips, it is really much better taking in a high protein sugarless food instead. If you are expecting a snickers bar, you will be disappointed. This is the best you are going to get with this level of nutritional value. I like these better than Think thin and Protein one as a comparison. Choc mint, brownie, and choc chunk are my fav. Flavors like birthday cake I didn't like at all so if you don't like one flavor try another. They sell them as indivdual bars in most grocery stores, so see which ones you like and then order in bulk at a cheaper price on Amazon. ... show more

Nobody ever talks about the fiber content in these. You lowkey need more fiber in your diet and this bar has as much as a bowl of bran flakes. I really like the taste, and the protein is great, but be warned this has a ton of fiber and you’ll get all the results an increased fiber diet comes with.
