  • Incredibly tasty!
Flavor Name: Chocolate Caramel Pecan Size: 12 Count
These are INCREDIBLE! It's too bad I'm limited to five stars here: these deserve more. It's not easy to find snack food that tastes decadent but doesn't totally ruin my high protein/low sugar diet (for weight and possible type II diabetes). These are a good choice, with only 3 net carbs, 15 g of protein, high in fiber (so it kills the hunger) and NO added sugar! They're sweetened with allulose and erythritol. Did I mention the part about the really rich, smooth, tasty milk chocolate, the generous amount of caramel that makes "strings" with every bite, and the really crispy/crunchy texture? These taste like a major candy blowout - and like they should be a total "no way" for my eating plan - BUT they have actual food value! The one downside is that I shared bites with my guys - and they love them, too! So now I'm buying these as snacks for three people, and hoping there are some in the box when *I* want one. 😂 ... show more

  • A Healthier Candy Bar
Flavor Name: Chocolate Peanut Butter Size: 12 Count
I bought these because of their high protein count. As people age, they require more protein and it’s difficult to get protein when leaning towards a plant based diet. They bars are tasty, filling, and a great treat to throw in your purse for when you’re hungry of the go for a little something. Quest makes many similar high protein products - most of which I love. I purchased these on Subscribe and Save to ensure I’d always have them at hand. ... show more

  • Favorite protein bar!
Flavor Name: Chocolate Caramel Pecan Size: 2.12 Ounce (Pack of 4)
Favorite protein bar! This could almost pass for a candy bar, delicious! Filling and just what I need when I am on the go.

  • My favorite "protein bar"/guilty pleasure
Flavor Name: Cookies & Cream Size: 12 Count
I have been eating this protein bar for years now. My freezer looks like one of those looney tunes folks that have like 1000 MREs stored in their bomb shelter just in case...you never know. That and it's summer time kind of hard ordering things that can melt in shipment so I'm planning ahead...yea that justifies my spending. I usually default to quest bars as a "healthy" snack as end of day any processed item is not really your best option when on a cut. However, I am not trying to compete in an IFBB pro and simply follow a 80/90 rule with food. 80 to 90 percent is hand made, unprocessed grains, vegetables, meats, etc. and the other 10 to 20% are still healthy options just with more processed nonsense IE beef jerky off the shelf, prepackaged trail mix, and in this case a protein bar. Calorie wise it's one of the lower calorie count bars IE amount of calories vs. protein received. I am not a fan of the whole "dietary fiber" doesn't count nonsense. If it's a calorie add it on the label. Period. Same nonsense you see with diet mountain dew and other tricky marketing to make you think it's zero calorie or lesser calorie when it is but they mask 1 gram to 10 grams depending on the product. I just hate that type of nonsense and it's only allowed in America really. That being said I love this protein bar. It basically tastes like an oreo. It's delicious. What I do is put my protein bars in the freezer whether it's the crisp kind or the standard quest bar. I obviously do not eat it immediately frozen. I let it thaw a bit, but having it slightly frozen forces you to slow down to eat it and provides more chew. This bar comes in at 150 calories while most protein bars are easily 180 to 300+ calories. Is it actually 150 calories when you factor in dietary fiber? Well...depends on your feelings on the whole dietary fiber isn't a real calorie to humans argument. However, if it sets off a calorie bomb test then to me it should be counted as a calorie. But same can be said with amino acids setting off protein gram counts and why some protein powders say they are x amount of protein when it's incomplete amino acids. It's just an industry issue really but either way its one of the lower calorie bars. My rule of thumb is try to keep it under 200 calories. No processed sugars or minimal sugars if possible. Having a good balance of protein, carbs, and fat. Pretty much all of the crunch variations of quest are delicious the coconut, caramel pecan, birthday cake, etc. My favorite regular quest bar is birthday cake but this cookies and cream is the BEST protein bar. Period. Any brand. Of course this is an opinion to each their own. You could criticize some of the ingredients but that can be said of any protein bar unless you make your own. I would recommend NOT ordering these in the summer months. They will melt for sure. Just don't do it. Check the weather in your area unless you can ensure same day delivery even the time it takes in the amazon truck can melt them. That aside it's a solid snack. I would recommend not eating them on a cut or saving them for a "cheat day" or a day where you are a bit more lax on your intake. Please only order these when the temperature in your area is under 80 degrees and humidity is below 55%. Yes, I am that OCD I know the temperature and humidity to order food items off of Amazon. I do not like quest protein powder either or a lot of quest products are over processed dribble. This is one where they achieved a decent balance and the flavor is on point. It's that simple. I am giving it four stars as no protein bar will ever achieve five stars based on basic nutritional standards. We are not there yet where ingredients are completely unprocessed and protein is not hydrolyzed or inferior in some capacity. Whey and casein protein are solid but end of day these "supplemental" foods are just that. Something you should enjoy occassionally but should not be a major part of your caloric intake. Limit yourself to maybe 2 to 3 bars a week if even. 5 stars on flavor, 4 stars on ingredients, 4 stars on cost. ... show more

  • Awesome craving smasher
Flavor Name: Birthday Cake Size: 1 Count (Pack of 12)
These are so good. They have the texture of a rice crispy treat if you were to make it with like melted chocolate or almond bark instead of marshmallows. They’re very sweet and they taste like they’re supposed to kind of like birthday cake.

  • Pleasantly surprised.
Flavor Name: Birthday Cake Size: 1 Count (Pack of 12)
I buy a few boxes (one Blueberry Muffin and one Cookies and Creme) of Quest bars a month, these popped up and were a few dollars less, so I took a gamble and got one. I had my doubts, but at first bite I thought, "holy smokes, this actually tastes like birthday cake." Will be swapping out one of the usual boxes from now on. ... show more

Flavor Name: Birthday Cake Size: 1 Count (Pack of 12)
Perfect snack. I throw them in my work bag or purse for when I’m running around and don’t have time to prep something or don’t want to get hungry running errands and be tempted to pick up a high calorie snack. These hit the spot!
