This size and packaging is new. The Formular may be somewhat different that previous bottles also. I say this because this wash is clear and all previous bottles the wash was a pearly green. It washes, lathers and smells exactly the same as previous bottles to me. The review(s) that say it smells overwhelmingly like oregano must be sensitive to that scent because I don’t smell the oregano oil at all. The top note is tea tree and the second note is minty. The former version had all names I could recognize without being a chemist. This one has a LOAD of additives I can’t figure out. Also, the smell has changed. This one smells more like citrus and less like Tea Tree. For some people this may actually be a plus. The effect is still pleasant on the skin and I feel clean and refreshed (minty tingling sensation) everywhere without feeling overly minty/burning on your more sensitive parts. This is the third different tea tree body wash product that I have purchased and used from Amazon. By far this is the best one that brings together the benefits of tea tree soap that lathers and leaves the skin feeling clean. The first product I tried was very good, smelled of tea tree but did not lather up very well. The next product I tried was tea tree and peppermint oil. This product did not have the tea tree oil concentration and scent that I was looking for. It seemed more like a peppermint soap. The third time is the charm. I was going to add cleaner to the title, but that sounds like something for cleaning around the house! The smell is very pleasant. The clear gel body wash foams a bit, but a little goes a long way! I’ve ordered this a couple times because I really like it & the bottle lasts a long time for the 4 of us. (1 bath home, mom, dad, son & daughter) The kids are adults, 18 & 20, still at home going to nearby college and jobs. I think they are having contests to see who can go the longest without taking a shower! One or the other will finally come home & say they are taking a shower cuz my friends say I stink!
