It did not expand to 11inches as described, it is lumpy, sags in the middle, too small for the cover it came in and based on the packaging I would suspect it may have been previously returned. Very disappointing. It is not even a memory foam. Waste of time, money and hassle trying to return it. Update: Worse customer service ever, I have been attempting to return this garbage, Amazon approved the return pending Loosh receiving the defective mattress back. The delivery guy came out and said he cannot pick it up and gave us a shipping label. They delivered it to a 3rd floor but they can't pick up above the 2nd. It's expanded so it would fit in the box and we can't get it rolled up. We wrapped it in plastic like we were instructed, but It will take two people to carry and it won't fit in my Corrola. I have half a mind to push the thing over the balcony and have them pick it up in whatever dog crap in lands in. Update: AMAZON NOT LOOSH Rectified my concerns. I won't reorder a futon mattress through their store but I will definitely reorder a different brand on Amazon due to their customer satisfaction policies.

I bought this for a guest room futon bed but the original mattress I ordered had stains on it. The customer service at Loosh was very helpful, though and sent a replacement very quickly without requiring me to return the original one which would’ve been a pain. You never know when you order a mattress online how it’s going to turn out to be so having such great customer service to help with any issues is very important. I got the 5 inch in beige and it’s thick enough for my needs and It looks just as pictured. It’s fairly firm for sleeping so since I prefer it to be softer I added a foam topper and it was much more comfortable . I have nothing underneath it to keep it in place but it does not slide at all on my futon frame. I definitely recommend and would order from this company again!

My poor fiancé misread and assumed for the cost it would be the entire futon frame and all and was extremely disappointed once he realized he ordered and paid nearly $400 for the mattress alone. Very thin mattress, good in a pinch though if you’re sitting on it for long periods of time your back side will be sore and it does not offer much support.

I ordered this mattress and it was delivered 4 days later in perfect condition. I was able to sleep in it 24 hours later. It was boxed perfectly and unpacked easily. I was amazed at how well this mattress slept and sits as a sofa/couch.

The mattress arrived on time and in good condition, rolled up and vacuum sealed in clear plastic. It is a fairly good fit for our futon frame, however in its flattened form it was much longer than the frame. So we let the mattress "breathe" for a few days on our futon frame before using it. However, there are two persistent depressions in the mattress near the hear and the foot, likely due to being compressed since it was longer than the frame in its deflated state. It is comfortable to sit on, somewhat wider than the full size futon frame we have. As a bed it is difficult to sleep on due to the depressions near the head and foot.

If you live in a pristine house where there’s NEVER a chance of needing to clean the mattress then it’s great! But in the real world dirt happens! Had it for 6 months and it was a tad dingy/stinky so decided to clean the cover. We were shocked to find that the mattress is NOT a mattress! It’s a pile of stuffing that falls apart as soon as you take the cover off. Further, the cover it literally attached to the “mattress “! So to take the cover off to clean it you literally have to cut it from the “mattress “ which obviously leaves holes in the cover!! Then good luck trying to get the cover back on the mass of stuff I g that the call a “mattress”! The company that sells this product should be ashamed! Do not purchase this product!!
