I received my mattress 4 days earlier than expected date. I was actually happy about it. The mattress is an 18" Queen. It only took about 20 minutes to get the feel of it. It says allow 48 hours for full effect. It was very comfortable, roomy and great quality. The value was so worth it. Please don't open this by yourself. I did, and it sucker punched me across the room. Be careful! It's funny now but it happened in literally 2 seconds. Love this mattress. It's been a month now.

Wow!! I hardly ever write a review but this is honestly the best mattress I have ever slept in. It’s firm but soft. Gives you great support but still has that soft feel to it. And I love the 14inch thickness. Took about 2 days to fully expand. I’m so happy with my purchase!!

I was hesitant to purchase this mattress because I have had more expensive hybrid mattresses before but I needed a new mattress fast due to moving from a furnished home to one that wasn't. I have to say this mattress was well worth the gamble! It is soft, comfortable.Super easy setup, no chemical smell or off gassing. I purchased the 14inch king, It is true to size. The medium firmness is perfect. Provides great supporting the Grey cover is much more appealing in appearance for me. I highly recommend if you want a sub $500 investment t I to your comfort, I believe you will be quite happy with this purchase.

Ok!!!!! I SOOOOOOO wanted to dislike this mattress (because it was not delivered the next day as promised), BUT, I have not slept soooooooo well in years, as I have during the past week. It's sold as "MEDIUM" FIRM but to me, it "FIRM on STERIODS". It's a mattress in a box that has a suggested time to inflate to its full size, but it literally was 14" immediately out of the packaging, corners and all. And, did I mention, it is COMFORTABLE!!!!! I've gone from sleeping 3-5 hrs. each night to enjoying 6 hrs. or more and I don't want to get out of the comfortable bed. My back pains have minimized since I started sleeping on this mattress. Definitely a value for the money spent. I've already recommended this mattress to 3 other people and 1 has already purchased it. I'm literally a Proud, Walking advertisement for this product!!!!!!

We ordered this model with a thickness of 18 inches. It was rated as a medium firm. It was very firm with good edge support. The height that the 18 inch thickness produced made it difficult for my husband to get in and out of bed so we ordered this mattress in a thickness of 14 inches. This mattress is a good height, but it is very soft with no edge support whatsoever. Both mattress inflated over a 48 hour period. They are heavy, needing two people to move. There is no detectable odor. We are going to keep both mattresses, since returning them would be difficult, but are disappointed that the firmness is inconsistent leaving questions of quality control.

It's so perfect for my body. I've had 18 plus surgeries On almost every joint on my body including spine & neck! Only reason for 4 stars is it's not 16" thick! It's only 15" think... But it's firm enough & also soft enough without having to add a euro topper.. IM TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH THIS MATTRESS & Recommend it especially to people with any kind of hip, back, neck, shoulder etc... it's the absolute BEST

If you are used to an all memory foam/very supportive mattress, keep scrolling past this one. As a large adult this is not for you . I’m 6’2 and 240 pounds and this just does not have the firmness or support you need. We ended up just giving this bed to our 14 year old son and kept our original King mattress as it is much firmer and less bouncy feeling.
