It has a nice medium-soft feel, soft enough to be super comfortable, but still supportive so you don’t feel like you’re sinking too much. It worth the money you pay for it! It looks durable and cooling is a plus. It’s also pretty thick and feels well-made, which gives it a more high-end, cozy feel. Its great for us, we enjoy it a lot because it's comfortable and firm. we prefer to buy this type of stuff at a store to try it out but it was recommended for us so we gave it a try, the price is good and I would say it was worth it

The media could not be loaded. First let me say this bed is solid. It seems to be made well and is quite heavy. It arrived quickly and was easy to put on the bed and expand. It fits my bed frame nicely. The reason i went with a hybrid bed this time is because the memory foam type mattress just makes us sink down and mold our body. I'm 115lbs he's around 210lbs. We needed some old school support. This bed is definitely on the firm side. There isn't much cushion on the top so as far as relieving pressure points It really doesn't in my opinion. So ironically I've had to purchase a 2 inch eggshell topper. As well as use my bamboo topper. And because the mattress is 14 inches I have to use 16inch deep pocket sheets to keep it all in place. So if you're looking for a pillow top bed with support and great cushion this is probably not going to be for you. If your looking for a bed that's made well and has good support that you can doctor up grab it. I would return this bed if the return process didn't seem like a big hassle but all the other beds on Amazon look pretty much the same. So for now I'll deal with it until I become rich and buy the bed of my dreams. ... show more

I got this full size mattress for my kid and I am really happy with it. It feels very well made and has a nice firm support that holds its shape without sinking. My kid sleeps comfortably on it, and I feel like the firmness is great for proper support. Honestly, it feels better than the ones I have tried from Costco. Very unhappy with this mattress, don’t understand how people gave it 5 stars and it’s so hard!!! Mattress is extremely firm, I currently have a firm bed but needed a new one and after reading reviews decided for this one. Very upset they want to charge you almost $70 to return it. I slept on it 1 night and woke up with neck and low back pain. I’ve always had firm beds because my husband has back problems but now that I’m a little older I wanted something medium firm. This has been the hardest one I have ever purchased. I do not recommend this bed unless you want to sleep on a very hard mattress.
