This Dreemzee 10-inch hybrid mattress is interesting in concept. It ships compressed like a standard foam mattress, yet contains pocket springs inside. Unfortunately, in real-world use, the execution falls short. While it technically works for a very small child, it lacks the structural integrity and support expected from a hybrid mattress and does not perform well under even modest weight. Pros • Clever compression and shipping: It is impressive that a spring-based mattress can be shipped in a compact box and expands easily. • Integrated carry handles: The stitched-in handles on all sides are genuinely useful and make maneuvering the mattress much easier during setup. • Acceptable for very light use: For a toddler, it may be serviceable in the short term. Cons • Extremely soft and unstable: The mattress collapses heavily under weight, more like an air mattress than a supportive hybrid. • Very weak edge support: Sitting or lying near the edges causes significant sagging and instability. • Excessive bounce and compression: Any pressure causes the mattress to compress almost to the base, offering little meaningful support. • Not suitable for adults: Even light adult weight causes immediate and noticeable collapse across the surface. Bottom Line While the compressed hybrid design is novel, this mattress fails in the most important areas: support and stability. It may work for a small child, but even then the weak edges and overall softness are concerning. Aside from the helpful carrying handles, there is little here to justify a purchase. There are far better mattresses available at similar price points.

I got this full size 10-inch hybrid mattress for my 18-year-old son as an upgrade from his old mattress, and it’s been a noticeable improvement. The medium-firm feel is comfortable without being too soft, and the top layer feels cushioned and supportive. He’s been sleeping better and seems more comfortable overall. You can feel the pocket springs a bit if you’re right on the edge or from the side, but once you’re lying on it, it feels very comfortable. Pros: • Comfortable medium-firm feel • Nice upgrade from an older mattress • Hybrid design offers good support and airflow • Motion isolation works well • Fiberglass-free and certified foams Cons: • Springs are noticeable near the edges • Slight off-gassing smell at first, which fades quickly This mattress has been a solid choice for a teen or young adult and feels like a big step up from a worn-out mattress. It’s comfortable on top, supportive through the night, and a good value for a hybrid mattress in this price range. The edge spring feel is minor and hasn’t affected overall comfort.

This is for a guest room revamp. The mattress is medium to firm and is very comfortable and supportive. The fabric this mattress is made from is high quality and very soft to touch. This is a much higher quality mattress than the price may suggest. The edges are well made and do not sag when you sit on the edge of the bed. If you are using a platform style bed like we are, you don’t need a box spring with it. If you do add a box spring or have a high storage space under the bed, be aware that this mattress is 12 inches high, so a shorter person might need bed steps for safety. You will need deep pocket sheets for this bed, too. There was no weird smell when we opened the box. We followed the instructions and gave it a full 24 hours to return to shape after placing it on the bed. It is amazing to watch the mattress expand from such a small size. It is a heavy mattress so two people make the job much easier. This is a very nice mattress and I think our guests will love this comfortable mattress.

This full size mattress is a really nice upgrade. The hybrid design with gel memory foam and pocket springs gives a good balance between comfort and support. It has a medium firm feel, which works well for both back and side sleeping without feeling too hard or too soft. After unboxing, it expanded quickly and had very little odor. The motion isolation is impressive, when one person moves, the other side barely feels it. I also like that it’s fiberglass free and CertiPUR-US & Oeko-Tex certified, which gives peace of mind about materials and safety. My only concern is it feels kinda of too soft than expected at first. After a few nights it got more comfortable, but there’s still a short break in period.
