I’m impressed for the moment. I suffer from hip pain due to menopause, so a relatively cushy mattress is a must. We set it up earlier this morning and waited for it to decompress, then tested it for about 15 minutes. My hips were still comfortable after that time. Of course, the real test will be tonight, but I am extremely hopeful, especially because this will be our third mattress in a year. There was no smell like others claim and the mattress looks to be of decent quality. Although like others have put in their reviews, there really is no stable side walls surrounding the coils at the base. I may come back and update my review once I’ve had a night to sleep on it. Update: After a couple of nights sleeping on the mattress, it’s decent. I wouldn’t say it’s great, because basically you get what you pay for, but it’ll work for now.

7-week review: Don't buy this...I ordered the 12-inch King. The mattress was great for the first 2 weeks. Then I noticed it became hard and uncomfortable. I am a 5'10, 210 lbs side sleeper. I rotated the mattress and it took about 2 weeks for that side to get too firm and uncomfortable. I even added a 2-inch memory foam topper. Didn't help. I am still within the extended return window since I ordered it before Christmas. Now Amazon customer service says that I need to box it up before that will pick it up. I can't box up a king mattress that weighs over 100 lbs. You can't get boxes that big. Currently, I have been on hold for 20 minutes and counting to talk to a manager. I don't think anyone else is picking up this call.

The bed comes in a long rectangular box will require 2 people to lift/carry and assemble. Give minimum 24hrs to 72 hrs for bed to fluff up and expand properly. Great support for whole body Back support is good, for those with disc/,spinal issues. Happy with my purchase Full size 12 inch.
