I'm kinda a "cheapo", but I do a lot of research and reading before I buy things. I needed a new mattress because I would sleep with back pain, and then wake up with back pain, and then have back pain half the day. After looking into all the name brand and more well known hybrid mattress, I started looking into the more obscure and cheaper brands. When looking at the pictures provided by customers in the product reviews, I noticed a trend in all the cheap hybrids - They still all looked kinda deflated, and "anemic" after they had been unboxed and inflated. Not Rest Only. You can tell it is built and assembled better - More thoughtful and with higher quality fabric, springs, foam, Etc. The mattress is medium firm as advertised. It is also very, very comfortable. It does not loose the firmness in the foam and, so far, no indents from sleeping have been formed. The top cover is thick and of high quality. I'm very impressed. You can tell they cust costs - The bottom cover is not thick nor is the cover for the bottom half of the sides. I think the springs could have used more support with thicker and tighter covering. This makes me wonder if a box spring would be beneficial. So far, I have just used my bed, which does have wooden slats (better than what is required to receive the warranty, which is ten years) that are not too far apart, and ample post/leg support. A family member bought a Bear Hybrid Mattress and the side and bottom fabric coverings are very thick, and tight around the springs - You can barely feel the springs - But, that mattress was also 800 dollars more. The Rest Only is more comfortable, in my opinion. Overall, it is very well built with high quality materials. It is super comfortable and I no longer have back pain half the day. Highly recommend for those that like to shop smart. Just know that you WILL NEED a good bed with proper support slats and post/legs. Also, it's super heavy.

Theres a catch! There is no beautifully stitched casing. It's basically just a sleeve that covers the guts of the mattress. I slept like a baby. It molded to my body and I'm 280lbs. For the price, its a good mattress. I do not see me ever paying $1000+ on a mattress that wears out. This one works! The other downside is you can feel the springs in the side. However, there is no sound.

The mattress is firm but not hard. We have slept much better on it than we did the one we got rid of. When the dogs or my wife move around on the bed at night I do not feel it. Very satisfied with this purchase.

This "medium firmness" mattress is NOT medium firm. It's more like soft. If it had been correctly advertised as "soft" then: A) it would have been true and more accurate, and B) I would not have bought it and wasted my time. Just so you know, I have a medium firm Casper mattress and a medium firm Beautyrest mattress and both of them actually feel medium firmness. In comparison, they are both much more firm than this "medium" firm Rest Only mattress. So, I didn't just guess or make this up. I directly compared to two other name brand mattresses. I'd go with the other two over this one any day, due to the incorrect firmness rating on the "Rest Only" mattress. If you like a SOFT mattress, then this one is for you. I will now seek a return, which the manufacturer claims is no problem within 30 days. We'll see how that goes...
