This pillow was a lifesaver after surgery. All the pics show it for pregnancy and the women using it lying on their sides, but it’s incredible also for keeping you on your back and supporting you so you can SLEEP! I can’t even say how wonderful it is. I actually got attached to it and wanted to keep using it when I didn’t need it any more but my husband thinks it takes up too much room in the bed. The only thing is the washable cover is pretty hard to wrestle on (it comes with the pillow, but not on it), so make sure you put the cover on BEFORE the surgery because you can’t use your arms afterward. Absolutely a lifesaver.

i’m 25 weeks pregnant & have been having trouble with sleeping. i have another one but it just wasn’t doing it for me. i tend to cuddle a pillow while a sleep and since i’ve been pregnant, i needed more back support and this is perfect. i can sleep without putting a pillow on my head because this provides enough comfort. i literally wanna cry by how comfortable i feel right now lol i still use a pillow for extra support in between my legs because i like wider pillows for that but honestly with the pregnancy pillow, it’s the perfect combo!

Such a great pillow. I’m 5’2 and it is the perfect size to snuggle up with. Have had really crazy lower back pain and this has been so helpful for relaxing and allowing my body to be supported. Both my husband and puppy love using it as well 😆 other reviews said it had a smell right out of the pack again but I did not experience that. It came compressed so I allowed it to fluff up for about 24 hours and it’s been good and cushy ever since.

This pillow is very comfy and was what I needed to sleep better. It’s not always perfect with getting the belly in a comfy spot and I still wake up with back pain, but this has helped a lot and I sleep better. The sides do tend to separate a little far at times and requires some readjusting- a velcro or tie would be great to help keep them from splitting too far, at least for a more petite person, as I really have to pull them close together. Overall works well, though. I even put my own pillow on it a lot of times and can sleep a little more propped up. Bonus - the dogs LOVE it 😉

I’m 32 weeks pregnant and have been using a pregnancy pillow since late 2nd trimester. First was using just a wedge pillow which was fine in the beginning but as I got bigger it would slip out from under me or the Velcro would disconnect. Decided to return and try a massive U pillow. After reading enough good reviews on this pillow, I purchased. I’ve had this pillow for over a month now and it’s completely improved my sleep. So comfortable and helps relieve back pain! I got the cooling Jersey cover but can’t say it’s truly cooling, hence the 4/5 stars. The only real negative is it takes up half my queen bed and I’m sure my husband wishes it was smaller. If you can fit it, buy it! You won’t regret it!

I’m not pregnant but I do sleep terribly, and I had a really bad string of nights recently where I continually woke up with a painful twinge in my shoulder that kept me from being able to turn my head without immense pain. Looked at a few pregnancy pillows since I’d heard they worked well with chronic pain, found this one on a deal, bought it and now I can’t sleep without it. It was the only one I found that was symmetrical on both sides while still being long enough to accommodate for bent knees.

This is my first pregnancy and I bought this pillow when I was about 3 months along. I didn't feel like I really needed it at that point. Now I wish I had bought this even before pregnancy! At 6 months with sleep positions starting to get more uncomfortable, this has helped me get better sleep. After about 3 months of use, I left it out in the sun for about 2 hours, flipping it half through which fluffed it right up.
