Whew. I searched high and low for the right body pillow and then stumbled upon this one. For context, I am 5' 7" tall and around 200 pounds. I recently had surgery where I thought that I would need some extra support while sleeping during recovery. After looking at the reviews for this body pillow, I decided to take a chance on it and boy do I have thoughts. Mainly, I'm obsessed. I almost love this more than I love my boyfriend and dog, which is saying a lot. I absolutely love the fabric, it's soft, but stays cool through the night (I'm a hot sleeper). It's the perfect size for me. I can literally cuddle up to either side and be so comfortable as a side sleeper. It is truly one of my favorite joys in life to come to bed to this body pillow. I will say that it was VERY firm and thick when I first got it a few months ago. However, after a few months, it's now perfectly broken in like that new pair of shoes. And, if it gets worse over more time, I can just refill it. I love that the cover zips off for washing and there is a zipper for the actual pillow itself to refill and if you need to, adjust the filling around to fluff it up in certain areas. Honestly, worth every penny I spent on it.

I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant, and I've been using this pregnancy pillow for about a month now. I can honestly say that it's been a lifesaver. I used to have terrible back pain at night, but since I started using this pillow, my back pain has completely disappeared. The pillow provides excellent support for my back and neck, and it helps me to sleep in a more comfortable position. I also love how big and enveloping the pillow is. It's the perfect size for a pregnant woman, and it provides plenty of support for my belly, legs, and arms. The fabric on the pillow is also incredibly soft and comfortable. It feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud. Overall, I highly recommend this pregnancy pillow to any pregnant woman who is looking for a good night's sleep. It's made a world of difference for me, and I'm sure it will for you too. (Cons - can be too big for some people)

I didn’t like the color Nomad. It reminds me of that pair of pantyhose that were always the top dark color nude that you never wore. The pillow itself is lumpy when you first open it up. I think the fact that the case is like a jersey material that is clingy it emphasizes the lumps. I opened it up to access the filling and tried to fluff and separate it that way and it did help. The inside is a soft tufty filling, not hard polyester. I thought I needed more stuffing so I added an old pillow that was polyester fill and with about 1/2 of that pillow added it was enough for me. I’m ordering the velour cover made by Meiz and removing the nomad color case. I suppose I could make a second pillow of the nomad case if I stuffed it with fill and bought a different case to go over it. Just a thought for people who might want two pillows and are thrifty. I’m 5ft 6in, 160 pounds and am not pregnant and found this pillow to be comfortable because I’m a side sleeper. I do toss and turn less. Hope this helps.

I love, love, LOVEEE this pillow!!! I was unsure between this one and others because of some of the negative reviews but pleaseeeee listen Mamas. . . .Order this pillow!!! Best pregnancy pillow I've ever had!!! Not only are the sellers great because it arrived way before it said it would, day or so later after ordering, but right out of the package it came out so fluffy already but as I usually do when I receive something like this vacuum sealed, I always fluff everywhere. So I did this around the pillow. I only did this for about 30 seconds to a minute or so and it was soooo fluffy and when I layed in it, it felt like I was laying on a cloud!!! Felt so amazing being 18 weeks pregnant with my 5th child! I thought I wasn't doing too bad without one but I remembered how much I loved my previous pregnancy pillow I had which I had gotten to help with the weight of my belly, among other things so I decided to get another one as the other one got ruined when we moved a few years ago. So I looked and I discovered that the pillow I had was now unavailable so at first I was disappointed but now I thank God because He gave and provided me with this pillow which is way beyond the comfort and fluffiness I had with my previous one! I ended up getting the 60 inch because I'm 5'9 and wanted it to be long enough and it definitely is! It helps me so much when I feel sore and heavy and other symptoms us Mamas go through while growing and bringing the lives and the blessings God gives us to bring into this world. So long review made short(er) lol I absolutely refuse to be without this pillow! My kiddos even lay in it when I'm not in it and go to sleep and now want one as well. My mom also came over and layed in it and loved it so much and was saying how much it would help her sleep and how she now wanted one so I just ordered another one for her! All in all, I pray you order this pillow to receive the comfort of a cloud like I and my other 4 kiddos have and I can't wait until this baby comes so we can snuggle and bond and enjoy this pillow together as well as its also so great to use for breastfeeding as well as sleeping and napping!

I don’t like it. It’s too huge for me and too clumsy. I’m 5.07’’. I don’t think the U shape is very useful. I wish I had bought a baguette shape. But apparently my dog loves it. He’s a 117lb big boy. He said it’s 10/10. Lol… I’m glad he gets to enjoy it at least.

I am not pregnant. I have hyper mobile EDS and I woke up in pain every morning before this pillow. Hypermobile EDS is a disease in which your connective tissue is comprised. Often (and in my case) muscles try to make up for the lack of stability in ligaments and joints causing severe and chronic pain. This pillow gives me enough support that my muscles can rest while I rest. I use it any time I am resting at home or when I’m sleeping. I usually use it in conjunction with other pillows to get the exact support I need that day. I am a fairly small woman. (5’3” & 110 pounds) I tried smaller pillows first but I needed full body support. If I sit in this pillow, it supports me all the way to my ankles. The shape makes it pretty versatile. Sometimes I even turn it upside down at night so I can use other pillows for my head and neck and the curve of the “U” to support my Legs and feet. It’s awkward to lug around if I take it to the living room, but not too big to stay on my side of our queen bed. I can use it without annoying my husband or getting in his space. I don’t think the pillow will hold its fluff for years, but I’m happy with its density, especially for the price.

I'm pregnant and kept waking up with horrible neck/back pain and would get awful headaches because of the pain in my neck. I would constantly toss and turn at night because my arms/legs would go numb and I would end up on my back not realizing it. I exercise, eat healthy, stretch, use a heating pad but nothing helped. I decided I needed to try new pillows. I bought a head pillow that was supposed to help with everything I was having problems with. It helped relieve some pain and I wasn't getting headaches anymore but I still had pain, still toss and turned and getting numb. I did so much research on pregnancy pillows and after a week of looking, I finally purchased this one. I'm so happy I did. The first night I tried using it for my head and I was so uncomfortable. (Maybe it wasn't fluffy enough yet? I didn't wait 48 hours) The next night, I flipped the pillow so the head part is at my feet and I used that other pillow I purchased for my head. The last two nights have been the best nights of sleep I've had in a few weeks. I'm not tossing and turning and I'm not going numb! I'm not rolling on my back and I have way way less neck/back pain. The neck/back pain has been a lot better so I'm hoping with a few more nights it will be completely gone. I purchased the cooling silky blue 60 inch pillow.
