Since it’s a big pillow it stays put and doesn’t move as you sleep. It is very supportive and helps back pack or leg pain during pregnancy. It thankfully didn’t cause me to overheat or anything sleeping in it it’s stayed cool most of the night. I even used it for breastfeeding at night as well and slept with it after pregnancy while I was healing from my C-section with twins. Best thing ever! I opened it up and allowed it to fluff for only about 4 hours (it pretty much puffed up immediately?!) and it's fluffy enough for me. I'm 5"3 and17wks pregnant (got the 55") but even if I wasn't pregnant, this pillow is so supportive and has the right amount of softness for me- I'm instantly comfortable. For an affordable price too! I never write reviews right away but I'm very happy with my purchase :)

Would not recommend. Could not even sleep with it for one night. It’s about half the size in width than the picture, the material of the cover is not soft, I had to take stuffing out to make it more comfortable, even before taking stuffing out it was too flimsy and did not provide the belly and back support needed for being pregnant (the pillow would slide away from my back instead of supporting it). This pillow would be better if it was wider and if it was weighted. It’s too light of weight for a pregnancy pillow. I would recommend a heavy body pillow for your back and a regular pillow for your belly and legs. Those are much more effective and comfortable than this.

Absolutely love this pillow ! It’s not as stiff as the other pregnancy pillows. I was given the momcozy U shaped pillow and it was so stiff. It would cause me neck pain so i decided to get something more comfortable. I love the sheet that it comes with, it keeps you cool. This pregnancy pillow feels like just a regular pillow if that’s is what you’re looking for. I’ve had it for a couple of days now and have not had any trouble with it whatsoever and was easy to put together !

I am not pregnant and am using this pillow purely for comfort. I love this thing so much, that I use it for more than just sleeping. When I'm playing my games on my Switch, I crisscross the legs in front of me or if I lay down it always gives me support no matter how many times I change positions. Sleep-wise, fantastic! I have slept so well ever since I got my pillow. I wish it had a little more fluff to it, I was disappointed at the lack of it, but honestly can't complain because it's so comfy. I got the 55in if I ordered it again I would go with the 60in. I did end up getting the wrong color, but customer service was helpful. Didn't get a replacement but did get a partial refund. The color that I got is nice and have grown to like it. Overall it's a great purchase. Can't imagine my life without this pillow

My first Amazon review!! I bought this pregnancy pillow early on in my second trimester where it stayed inside the box. Finally opened it because I was getting horrible sleep with my other pregnancy pillow. First night using this pillow didn’t care for it (neck was sore from there being too much cushion around neck area) so I stopped using this for a few nights. Wanted to cry because I could not get comfortable sleeping so in an attempt to get a few more hours of sleep I used this pillow again. OMG- amazing sleep. The cushioning supported my shoulder, helped to support my back and I was able to sleep most of the night (getting up 1-2 times because baby was pushing on my tummy.) The issue with my neck from the first night using this was resolved by punching the area around the neck to flatten it out a bit more. Overall recommend this pillow if you’re trying to get some shut eye!!!!
