I'm glad i read that under product description because there were no instructions with the item - might want to add that to package! The only thing i wonder is if this is TOO soft.... I did not believe the bad feedback and ordered. It came in suspect white burlap packaging in a clear plastic bag that is not Queen Rose packaging that is shown in the video, used contacted Amazon. So, Then I decided to try it and let it loft for 72 hours on the floor while patting and flipping. It looked sadly half filled and super lumpy after 3 days...proceeded to place in dryer for recommended 15 minutes. Now on the bed I see many of the baffles including edges are devoid of any of the hollow cotton stuffing. I wish it was at least as good as the flimsy videos of it. I was looking into their full mattresses but not now! I believe I was sent a used defective product as new.

I've been researching non-stop for a mattress topper to help with hip pain that only happens when I'm sleeping. Unfortunately, this isn't my solution. I have used it two nights. The first night I had some night sweats, but decided to give it one more night. The second night was worse. I woke up several times throwing covers off. Hip pain was a little less than without the topper. Don't expect it to fluff up enough to look like the picture. I'm rating it three stars which is generous, imo. Maybe others aren't as sensitive to heat as I am. I really am tired of shopping and I'm considering layering several blankets and comforters under my sheets to get a good night's sleep.

I purchased a Beauty rest mattress medium to firm 4 years ago paid over a $1000. I regularly turned the mattress and even tho I was doing this still found we were having sagging parts and lumps the bed became very very uncomfortable to the point waking in the morning in a lot of pain. So, we thought of buying a new bed have you seen the prices for a new mattress we could not believe how expensive they had become. Years ago, you could literally turn the mattress over my husband looked at me like a crazy person but that's what we did. First night ouch I'm quiet Pettit and found my joints ached from turning over SO I researched toppers. This topper is absolutely wonderful I'm sleeping better that I have in ages my husband is eating his words on my idea and all an all its wonderful upside-down mattress wonderful mattress topper and all is good no more aching joints in the morning. Highly recommend this topper.
