I like this topper. It is comfy. My only wish is that it was a little bit thicker. I found that after a few nights it gets compressed but if you fluff it back up it helps a lot. I use it on top of my memory foam mattress.

I have been purchasing and using mattress toppers of all sorts for the last 20 years. This is the best one of this type, by far. The last brand I had was good and I used it for many years, but either my painful conditions changed or the quality of their product changed and I found myself, once again, looking for a new topper. I was attracted to this one because it is at least an inch thicker than all the others. And once I received it, I was pleased to discover that it is denser but also lighter weight, which makes it easier to fluff it back up. You really should fluff these at least once a week. I own three of these. I stack two of them together and let the third one rest so it can puff back up on it's own. I fluff mine every day and then once a week I rotate in the one that has been resting. I also use the dryer for a nice quick fluff. I personally would never wash a topper like this, once the fibers inside start to bunch up, it will never be quite the same again. You need to put a sheet over it to protect it from dirt. This topper is meant to add softness to a too firm bed, which makes it excellent for people suffering pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia or other sorts of painful conditions. I have a 2 to 3 inch memory foam topper on top of my horribly firm mattress (which just happened to be the softest mattress I could find). Then I have two of these Queen Rose toppers over the memory foam. I have a fitted sheet on my regular mattress and a second fitted sheet over the memory foam and Queen Rose toppers. This protects them from getting dirty and makes it easy to give them a fluff and a flip, opposite ends, every day. If you should ever have the need to contact their customer service, you will find them to be polite and helpful. I am very pleased with my purchases and this company.

Update: Yeah, just as I thought: replacement pad was just a repeat of the first. Thin, not filled pad that was fuller in some areas and really thin in others, making it lumpy. Also not very breathable (as I tried the first pad to see if it was better than it appeared). I gave the replacement 4 days to fluff up and it's STILL thin like the first. Also, it only took a day for the top corner of the pad to start curling upward (the side I sit up in bed most)... so it's constantly pulling my sheet off the corner. Which is saying a lot since I have really deep fitted sheets with elastic all the way around (not just the corners). Basically, now I have 2 of these pads that are worthless. I should have just sprung for a 3 inch memory foam topper. Would have been the same price range as this horrible product. This thing is NOT worth $70 Original Review: I thought he bad reviews were a fluke... but, there's no way this is worth even $40. I agree with someone else who likened this to just laying on a comforter. The advertising must be some other brands photo, because it is not what I received... the ad shows seriously FULLY STUFFED topper... what I got? This has got to be a joke! And yes, I gave it over 24 hours to "fluff up." There's no way this thing is going to fluff any bigger than the photos, because all the pockets are literally mostly AIR with little filling (lots of sagging edges cause no filling! On top of that, it's not even equally filled, making it more lumpy than "like sleeping on a cloud," like they claim. Some pockets have more stuffing while others have barely anything. I complained to Amazon about false advertising. They are making a report. They're also issuing me a replacement, but I'm pretty sure it's going to be a repeat of what I got. They must have "paid" for a lot of these "great reviews," cause this thing is cheap and serves no real purpose. The ONLY positive things I can say is it was true to Queen size and the straps actually fit around my 15-16 inch mattress.

It's comfortable. I have a very firm mattress for my back problems, but it causes my shoulders to ache. This has helped a bit. It doesn't hold its fluffiness as well as I had hoped it would though. It is a lot flatter than it is in the picture too.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: if you are into that “sinking” feeling, i would invest in a more high quality and/or thicker one. unfortunately $100 and under is typically not the best price for anything bed related, but if you are looking for something to try for the first time in the mattress topper world (like me), get this one. i’ve definitely gotten better sleep with it. but beware, this thing COOKS you. even if my room is at 68 degrees, you will most likely be toasty in it, but in my case it’s the summer. before you go to sleep, cool your room down for like 20 minutes before you put your sheet on and it should be perfect!
