Ordered in late April 2025 and super excited to have it for my guests on Mother's Day. Unfortunately, there were some issues in manufacturing where 4 boards were mislabeled and not all the attachment holes were drilled properly. Contacted the company and sent them several pictures. It took a couple of weeks for them to finally conclude to send me a replacement murphy bed. I want to say that the email correspondence was very good on their part with the original bed issues. I hope they continue with the same professionalism with the replacement bed as they did with the original bed that I purchased? When the replacement bed arrived in the two boxes, I inspected each board from box one. Compared them with the installation guide and even had a friend who is a construction contractor help me. Four boards were numbered wrong again and the same two boards that were not drilled properly with the first bed, were also wrong again with this replacement bed. There is no need to even open box two. This bed can not be assembled with four boards already incorrectly manufactured and shipped to me. I was not unhappy with how hard they tried to make this right the first time, but I am unhappy that their manufacturing department is dropping the ball and making them look bad. It has been one month now and I have nothing to show for the money that I spent. Another thing to consider with this item is that I put in a refund request. Amazon provided me with the return label BUT no pick up. These boxes way over 100 lbs. each. So unless you have help getting these boxes to a UPS pick up location, UPS will charge you to come get them. So now I have nothing to show for the over $600 that I spent and now I can add the out of pocket UPS charges.

This product is not very well made and I received mine without any instructions on how to assembly the bed. buyers beware of this company I tried to reach out but got no response.
