My original review was negative and I only gave one star due to there being issues with the product starting with step one of installation. Four boards were not labeled properly with some holes not drilled into them. I began communication with the seller. After several emails, we have come to a resolution that has made me very happy to change my one star review to a FIVE STAR review. Excellent customer service. They worked really hard to understand my situation and did their best to assist me. These things happen on occasion. Some sellers don't put much effort in customer satisfaction and that caused me to not expect any positives. I contacted them with little hope of a positive resolve but they proved me wrong. I absolutely recommend this product and company. I hope you don't have the same issue or any issue with this product but of you do, please let them know kindly and I am certain they will do right by you just like they did for me.
