This is an excellent mattress at an excellent price. Please follow all of the instructions and you will enjoy some great sleep. This is a firm bed with some give so you get that support that you need, but you don’t sink to the bottom of the bed. It comes packaged in a very heavy box. You will need at least two people to lay it on a flat surface (preferably your bed frame) and let it inflate. There was no smell out of the plastic and it looks exactly as pictured. Perfectly acceptable for a guest bed mattress, but it's extremely firm, not a lot of cushion, and doesn't have much side edge support. Heavy, but not hard to unroll & set up. I got it for less than $200, and it met my needs for my guest room, so I'm satisfied.
