I use the firmer dark side. I have been using this mattress topper for about a month now, and I do think it has made my bed more comfortable. It’s a little firm for my liking but the other side seems too soft and I need the support because my neck is TWEAKED. All in all I think it was a good purchase and I really like that it came with a protective cover that makes me feel better about it. I am satisfied! 4/5 stars

This has helped me with my hip pain and other pressure points, but it won’t stay in place. I have to readjust it every morning and it’s curling up a little on my husband’s side of the bed Update: this thing WILL NOT stay put! It’s so frustrating! We lose our pillows down behind it halfway through the night! If you toss and turn like we do, don’t waste your money! We’ve taken it off the bed because we can’t stand it any more.

This item is great, very comfortable and supportive. I will echo some of the other reviews though, it slides an annoying amount. It has “grips” on the bottom and straps but the straps are useless and the grips only prevent you from moving it back without pulling off the sheets. I usually have to fix it everyday because it’ll hang off the bed. I like it but I don’t think it’s worth what I paid 🤷🏽♀️
