This mattress is soooo comfortable. Make sure it’s on the box spring the way you want it before cutting the plastic because it POPS open!!! We also gave it the 72 hours to set up and air out before using it. Highly recommend !!

Well, first of all, the bed in a box, it's heavy. I followed a review and laid it on the bed and would you believe, it popped and flipped upside down!!! Thanks for the cutter! Dislike: no handles, really has not reached 14 inches and sides are soft, yet, but it is a great cradle of comfort. I, myself, probablly will get a box spring for height! But, yes, as I stated in title; Comfortable and STABLE on the mattress, itself!!!! I feel that it is a KEEPER!! Side note: I have had some very expensive mattress sets Nov. 2021 and a well known name brand (poor quality and lasted one week), and a very less expensive set which lasted 11 years and this bed in the box fits my 200+. So YES, BE YOUR OWN JUDGE AND GIVE IT A TRY!!!

While the top feels soft and plush, the coils have more give than we like. I like to sit up in bed and this mattress creates a "v" when you do so. And while it cradles your body, for us older folks with health issues and weaker core muscles, sinking into a mattress made it difficult to rollover and if we cuddled to fall asleep it was difficult to roll apart if we became to hot or needed to shift positions (as we often do). Of course, we're not small people either. We're both weigh over 200lbs. So, if you don't move a lot in your sleep, are smaller and lighter than we are, sleep alone, and/or sleep exclusively on your back, and like to sink into your mattress a bit (but not get swallowed by it), this mattress is for you. However, if you roll around a lot, have some health or muscle weakness issues, or prefer to not sink into a mattress at all, I would recommend thinking twice before purchasing this mattress.

I feel more than cheated. Can't even describe how upset I am. $300 gone. I purchased a bed in a box from another manufacturer for my mom, who is 83. That one is fantastic! It even stopped the progression of a pressure sore and it provides excellent support. THIS mattress has ZERO support. Please read on for all the terrible details and save yourself the suffering - buy a different one! I ordered the queen 14 inch. Let it sit 96 hours. It reached 12 inches. Did they send the wrong one? It's pure MUSH. No support. You can feel the springs! Again, let me repeat that: you can feel the springs! I'm a 200 pound guy and I just sink into it. The pressure on my hip and sciatic nerve is awful. My lower back is killing me when I wake up. My legs hurt. Wow! I don't understand how anyone could be OK with this. Maybe for a small child it would be acceptable. There is no edge support at all, it just squishes down. This is not a huge issue for me, but might be for you. However, the fact that I am sleeping in extreme discomfort is a major problem. I was so looking forward to a comfortable mattress and had that good experience with the one I got for my mom but this absolutely stinks. I spent a long time comparing mattresses and was fooled big time here. My old mattress had a dip in it that formed after several years and I couldn't use it anymore. But at least it started out OK! This one arrives ready to cause you pain and a miserable night's "rest". I've used it for several nights now, foolishly hoping somehow I might adjust to it, but while a mattress might get broken in and softer, it's not going to get firmer, obviously. There's barely any top padding foam or whatever they are using simply has no support. I can't even imagine how awful this will be with continued use. I'm actually embarrassed to tell my family how I got cheated. I will contact them but I know it's impossible to return - it has to be boxed. No way I can build a box around a queen size mattress. I'll be happy to update or change the review if the manufacturer can do something to remedy this. Meanwhile, I hope I can save you the regret that I have. There are lots of beds in a box that are great values, like the one my mom has. This is not one of those. Torturous sleep is what I face now until I figure out what to do.
