I waited a little over a month of sleeping on this to write our review so I could see how it was over time. My husband and I are pretty impressed with this mattress for the amount it costed. We were shopping in mattress stores and the type of mattress we wanted was in the $1,000.00 range. We decided to check online and came across this mattress and figured for the price it was worth a shot. We're happy we did because it saved us a bit of money. I suffer from back issues and needed something firmer but still like a softer feel. This mattress is a perfect medium firm and just what we wanted. It's firm yet soft enough to sink in slightly to still feel like you're on a supportive cloud. It's pretty well made and appears as if it will hold up a good while. The reasons we're not leaving a 5 star review is because unfortunately, our mattress did not rise up to the promised 11 inches (even after over a months time) and we did not find this mattress to be any cooler than our other one we replaced. It was actually a bit warmer we found and I wound up buying a $300 cooling mattress protector to go over this, so after needing to make that purchase it brought us up closer to spending the amount we'd be spending in the mattress store but still cheaper. Other than the height or the cooling effects not being as promised, the mattress is perfect and very comfortable. If you're okay with missing an inch or so in height and focus more on the quality of the product, this would be a good purchase for you. I was super nervous to buy a mattress in a box but having just bought my first house, I was a little pressed for money (and didn't feel like $700-$1000 was reasonable for a mattress). BUT after searching through several websites and pages on Amazon, I found this one and let me just tell you I sleep like a BABY. You're supposed to wait 72 hrs before so that it fully inflates, which I did, but it was at 11in within the first hour. I like a medium-medium firm mattress and this is legit perfect.     • Not the firmness I need. I sink too much.
Too soft. After 3 months I sink in. I will have to buy a better mattress. I like medium firm. This is not it. This is Probably better for a younger person without back problems. Remember...You get what you pay for.

I ordered this for my teenage son because his last matress wasn't good for his back. After 2 weeks he said he no longer wakes up with back aches and doesn't toss and turn all night. He said it's very comfortable and he gives it 10 stars!

For the price, I can't complain at all. After 24 hrs it's stiffer than I was expecting but still very comfortable. Several friends have opted to buy one.

I like everything about it. I let it puff up after it came out of the box for 72 hours as recommended and then went for it. I feel much more comfortable sleeping and have less arthritis pain.
