  • Doesn't last!
Size: Full Style: 10inch
This mattress only lasted about 1 year. We p purchased it September 2024 and it has already failed. My husband and I both have started having back pain from where the mattress sinks in the middle.

  • Great mattress for the price.
Size: Twin Style: 12inch
Bought for college student’s apartment. Seems thicker than 12 inches. It was very comfortable to lay on—a little give without sinking. The most important thing for me—it had no off-gassing odor upon opening the bag. I would buy this again.

  • Does its job well.
Size: Twin XL Style: 10inch
Mattress has a topper on it so im sure that helps but im definitely happy with the overall quality. Worth what I paid for sure.

  • Sturdy mattress, holds up
Size: King Style: 12inch
I’ve had nothing but compliments about this mattress from guests. It’s soft, yet sturdy in case you have a sensitive back. It’s true to size for a king mattress frame and took about a day to fully rebound after being opened. Apart from the initial opening I haven’t noticed a long term smell or odor. It definitely takes at least 2 people to move it due to the weight, but it’s not unmanageable. We haven’t had to flip or spin it to retain its firmness. The edges do sink a bit if you sit on them, but once you get all the way onto it you don’t feel it sink. It’s slightly over 13 inches when fully inflated. Well-worth the money. ... show more

  • A game changer with 2nd floor bedroom.
Size: Queen Style: 12inch
Very comfortable. Luckily it comes in a box, so getting it upstairs wasn't an issue. But it was heavy. We can't get a queen box spring up, unless it's a split and getting the mattress up is a definitely work out. We got this to teplace our old Sleep Number. Unpacked in morning, after cutting off the bag it was ready that night. Was unsure how it would be, but what a game changer! Won't go back to the old standard set up of box spring and mattress again, nor a Sleep Number. Both are $$$$$ ... show more

  • Zero Customer Support.
Size: King Style: 12inch
BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY. ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. If I could give zero stars I would. This was my 4th mattress I have ordered from Coolvie with no issues. The first three were all on guest beds that will be seldom used. But they all appear normal. For whatever reason I was either sent the wrong mattress or this one is defective. What is supposed to be a 12 inch mattress is a 9 1/2 mattress. Which sinks to a five inch mattress as soon as you lay on it. I have attempted to reach out to Coolvie through their website contact form, direct email and get no reply. Research says there customer support phone number is inactive. Find a local mattress store and buy from them so you will have local customer service. Better than being stuck with a worthless product. 6.25.2025. Was offered a refund by the company, which I accepted, but have yet to see a dime. ... show more

  • 6 Months After Purchase - Sagging and top foam break down.
Size: Twin XL Style: 10inch
Let me start this review by saying that I realize that mattress comfortability highly subjective. Firm, soft, too springy, not thick enough and everything in between differs greatly person to person. With that said this is my experience with this mattress after 6 months. I read all the reviews at the time and more or less ignore the ones about being a guest, travel trailer, or kid’s bed as those are limited use and or writing a 3rd hand review for kids who can sleep fine upside down on rocks. As you are likely seeing now the rest of the reviews were pretty good so I got the Twin XL for my side of or split king adjustable bed. I have been going through mattresses trying to figure out what exactly is comfortable for me, and which will last more than a few months if I find one that doesn’t cause any pain. This may be getting older but over the long years I used to sleep excellent on a waterbed, then moved to a medium spring box spring or not. I would only ever get new mattresses when they really wore out after a few years. I then tried a fully memory foam which is where my problems seemed to start which I tried to tackle my getting many different foam firmness levels with not much luck. Either seemingly too hard or too soft, all causing some sort of pain regardless of side, back or stomach sleeping. I did find a described medium that worked well initially but after a couple months (with turning the mattress) it too started to sag and right back to painful wakeups. Looking for more alternatives I read about these types hybrid mattresses where the springs keep support and don’t sag like all foam, but with the soft foam comfort layer to get that foamlike feel and block the spring pressure and feel. Enter this hybrid mattress. Again, the reviews were good, but I am not sure how long after they got it the made their reviews nor how large or small they are but looking now I a now 6 months in, and am 6’ 230. I did let this fully inflate over before sleeping on this though upon sleeping on it I thought it was a bit firm. There did not seem to be a whole bunch of memory foam. After a few weeks that did soften up a bit and stayed ok for while which made it a little more comfortable. While still firm for my personal tastes, I would say the foam part stayed more comfortable for 3-6 weeks. This is the time I started to feel the springs themselves and the middle started to show signs of sagging. I turned the bed, foot to head, which might have helped for a bit but the same thing happened. I started to start sleeping on the edges to hopefully even out the sagging but would end up rolled back to the middle sag again. I would describe this feeling as sleeping on a large outdoor trampoline for those of you who might have done that as kids. No matter where you start sleeping you always end up in the saggy middle and waking up sore. One my back my rib area hurts. On my side my hip and neck hurt and my arms go to sleep, and on my stomach my lower back and neck hurt. Back to the subjectivity of mattresses, I am giving this 3 stars as the initial firmness and the memory foam might be great for some. If you are a smaller person the deterioration might take much longer or not happen at all. I just feel, even at my size that a mattress should wear in a bit but stay at about the same level, without deterioration if turned etc. for at least a year before going downhill. This one seemed to happen much faster. ... show more
