This is a very comfortable mattress. It’s firm but has just the right amount of pillow top to match your body contour. There has been some reviews about this matttresss stating that it is nothing but springs and that the mattress is hard. This is a false statement. There is, at the least, an inch and a half of pillow before you get to the springs. This is a great and excellent mattress for the price. I would highly recommend it.

Purchased on March unfortunately I didn’t unbox it until this past weekend. You can feel every spring in the mattress. I bought a 2” memory foam pad and it’s still horrible. It’s definitely not worth the money. I will be throwing it in the dumpster

I give it 2 stars only because it is an actual mattress, other than that it is terrible. It’s the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve slept on since the 80’s. Atleast in the 80’s the springs were sturdier and less space inbetween them. Hard to explain but don’t recommend, I will be buying a different one and may leave that one inbetween just to make my bed taller but that’s the only real use I can find for it

I’ve had this mattress for a few months now and so far so good. It’s very comfortable and when I first got it there was no bad smell. The biggest problem I would say is that the springs do get stuck sometimes and will randomly pop back up like 2 minutes after you get up. But nothing too bad.

Did not say it needed to be right side up. Could only tell by all the springs he was lying on. Then flipped it and it was ok. It was for my 7 year old grandson. He loves it, so flipping the mattress corrected the issue. This is the only reason I gave it a 4 star. Customer service is great for responsive, I give them a 5 star

Spring bed, does not look like the picture. Super flat with not padding and hard like cardboard. Very cheaply made.
