Update: after sleeping on the mattress for a week or so, I’ve gotten more used to it. It is firm, but I like it. It is NOT warm, that was to be blamed on the mattress cover I had. Once I swapped that out, this mattress isn’t much warmer than a regular spring mattress as far as I can tell. Customer service was also excellent. Highly recommended for a good quality, budget memory foam mattress if you’re looking for a firm option. Original review: TL;DR: very firm. Kinda hot to sleep on. If this is medium firm, I’d hate to order a firm mattress! As a roughly 6 foot, 200 pound male - this is the most firm mattress I’ve ever had. Period. It also runs quite warm. The “cooling” foam could possible be cooler than other memory foam mattresses, but all I can say is I need to sleep with a fan and using any kind of blanket makes me a bit too warm. Otherwise it’s a nice mattress. I don’t know how long I’ll keep it - maybe the added heat will be nicer in winter time. We’ll see! But I would absolutely AVOID purchasing this if you sleep even remotely warm, or if you’re looking for a soft mattress. ... show more

It took a little time about 24 hours tp fully fluff and form after unwrapping it. But if that's my only complaint were doing good. I broke my back in 20 and it's been a nightmare to find a bed that makes me comfortable, this one does it's real firm and supports my whole body with ease I'm a 285 lbs man so for it to check my boxes is great, I had to order deep pocket sheets for it but it's perfect in all it's ways! OMG!!! JUST GET ONE ALREADY! I have suffered from back, knee and hip pain after surgeries. This has been a God send! After the first night I woke up with almost no pain. The knee is forever going to give me problems but not as bad. My hip nor my back hurt like they did!!! Delivery was fantastic. It came 4 days earlier than I was told. Super easy to unbox. I put a post on Facebook and I know of two friends that have ordered. Several more said they were going to. Just get it! Your body will feel so much better and you'll get a restful night's sleep! I bought this mattress based on several others saying it was good. I wish I hadn’t. It is wayyy too uncomfortable and I’m having awful back pain… which has now also started for my husband. When you try to move at night it’s difficult. I really wanted to be able to exchange for something less firm, but wasn’t given the option. I’m so sad. ... show more
