It definitely helped my back. Great deal and the most comfortable bed I've ever owned. It arrived in a small, vacuum-sealed box. I was impressed by the size of the box! We opened it and let the box decompress for over 48 hours before sleeping on it. It was incredible to see it unfold and regain its original shape and softness, and the comfort level is incredible. No pain or discomfort, and no movement when the person next to you moves or gets out of bed. It was definitely worth it.

I purchased this mattress for a spare bedroom. It’s ok for a small child. It is to soft and not firm enough for an adult. I will have to add a mattress topper to make it more comfortable for an adult to sleep on.
