Once I cut open the plastic, the mattress expanded on its own very quickly. This mattress feels medium-firm and supportive. It is very comfortable for me as it saved my lower back. I’m also surprised by the outer tender fabric texture. It’s soft and skin-friendly, much nicer than the plasticky polyester covers I’ve used before. It was also convenient to move it into place. Maybe there is one small head-up. Because it’s vacuum-packed and rolled, the box is dense and a bit heavy before you open it, especially for the queen size. This is common with compressed shipping. Overall, this is a durable mattress with outstanding value for the price. Highly recommended.

The queen mattress arrived quickly from FedEx, neatly compressed in a box. After unwrapping the protective film, it took a few minutes to fully expand into shape, and there was no smell. The surface feels soft to the touch, but when lying down it offers a firm, supportive feel that is especially comfortable for the back. I also like the elegant blue color, which gives it a clean and modern look. I used to sleep on softer mattresses, so this firmer feel is a new experience for me. Overall, the functionality, comfort, and quality make it well worth the money.

The quality of the materials is noticeable from day one: it is firm, but at the same time very comfortable, offering excellent support for the back. I wake up without pain and really feel like I'm resting better. The 14-inch height gives it a sleek and modern look, and the design is very nice, with high-quality finishes. In addition, it regulates the temperature very well, something important for those of us who usually spend heat when sleeping. Would have given 5 stars but the tracking number I was given was issued but fedex had not picked it up! Eventually a new tracking number was sent and I received the mattress 10 days after ordering…ordered on Nov. 18 and received on the 28th. The mattress fully inflated in under 24 hours. Seems to be good quality and firm enough. Would purchase again. I had checked local furniture store and they wanted over $1,000 for their lower end mattress so I figured I could purchase 4 of these compared to 1 of theirs. Sleeping very comfortable now.

When I moved in to my new apartment, I was looking for a comfortable, affordable, and easy to move king size mattress since I would be on the third floor and planned to upgrade from my full size to a king. I set my price range and found that this mattress was highly recommended. It stood out from some of the other ones because of the pocket springs and memory foam combination. I was initially skeptical that it wouldn't meet my expectations and would be difficult to move up to my apartment. I had never had a mattress delivered before and didn't really know what to expect. I was able to easily move it from the first to the third floor with a little help. I would say this is a huge reason to consider the 10 inch size specifically. Next, I just rolled it out and cut the bag open. It expanded to full size really quickly, but I gave it the recommended 48 hours just to be sure. It had a little bit of a "new car smell" when it was expanding but it's long gone now. The mattress is really comfortable. I didn't know if the 10 inch thickness would be enough support for my partner and I, but it has held up great so far! Going from a traditional spring mattress to this one was such a huge improvement for my quality of sleep. The firmness is just right for me and I didn't have to buy any kind of padded mattress cover like I did with my overly firm old mattress. It's also not so soft that you sink into it which is something was wary of for memory foam mattresses when looking for a new mattress. For this price I would say this is definitely worth it! If you're looking to upgrade your mattress size and want something convenient and comfortable, I would highly recommend this product.

Feels Like Sleeping on a Cloud! So Comfortable and Easy to Set Up This is honestly one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on! Delivery was quick, and setting it up was super easy. When I first opened the box, I was a little worried because it didn’t look very thick, but as soon as I cut it open, it started expanding right away — and wow, it turned into a thick, plush mattress in no time. It feels like sleeping on a cloud — soft but supportive at the same time. I had no issues with any weird smells when opening it, which I really appreciated.
