This is a great mattress for a very reasonable price. Surprisingly inexpensive, for what you get, actually. This is a standard mattress in a box, so it arrives much smaller than it ultimately will be, but it is quite heavy, nonetheless. Once you unpack it, it airs out and expands quite nicely. While it did have a little bit of a manufacturing smell, I found it to be very light, and it didn’t bother me. It diminished to no smell at all quite quickly. The mattress is on the firmer side, but I wouldn’t call it a firm. It’s sort of medium firm, probably. It’s very comfortable, and feels very resilient, but with a nice amount of cushion to it. But it also doesn’t seem to take any impressions, at least over the short time that I’ve had it. The extra edge support is really nice, so the mattress really does hold its form well. Very happy with this so far for one of my guest rooms!
