I bought this mattress to use for traveling as sometimes I stay at family or friends where the bedding isn't great for my back. I tested and so did my mom and we both have back issues. We both slept great, no sagging, air lose, and it stayed firm all night. The only downside to the product is why I gave it 4 out 5 is deflation. It doesn't deflate quickly even thru the pump but I still wasn't able to get all the air out to fold it back into a small shape for the carry bag. I purchased this mattress to use as a spare bed. 'What's in the box' says it comes with a users manual but it does not. I had to watch the videos to see how to inflate/deflate the mattress.

This air mattress is very comfortable but it has 2 big flaws. Inflating/deflating is very loud. It doesn’t deflate completely the sides only deflate about 50% so it’s impossible to put it in the bag for storage.

But my husband actually didn’t like the idea of getting an air mattress because he thought it won’t be that comfortable.we just went ahead with this mattress to see how comfortable it is . We were really satisfied with how comfortable it is for an air mattress (don’t inflate to the max , it will be too hard ) . Very convenient, electric inflation, it only takes three or four minutes to complete the inflation! It is very comfortable to lie on, and it can be used when friends come to play at home. It is very convenient to store, there is a storage bag, it does not take up space, I like it .

The bed inflated well and was comfortable unfortunately the know was horribly difficult to turn anyone with issues with hand strength WILL NOT be able to rurn the knobs and the product did not deflate completely as expected. FIX THIS AND YOULL HAVE A GREAT PRODUCT.
