The poncho offers very good protection based on my experience, but the touch screen on my Galaxy would not work with the poncho installed. To use the phone I had to remove the poncho, launch the app that I wanted, and then reinstall the poncho. For me, the poncho significantly detracted from my ability to use the phone during my ride, such as move a map or scroll through directions, or pan the weather radar map. In fairness, I have to stop to do these things during the ride and the poncho is easy-off and easy-on, but it is advertised that the phone can be operated with the poncho installed. Does what I need it to do. Keeps my phone dry as I sweat all over my phone or when it's raining. Also adds a bit more protection if my phone comes off or if I drop my bike with it still on.

    • Poncho schmoncho. Don't get your hopes up.

First of all, they don't cover return shipping, a terrible disappointment. Secondly this poncho-thing makes the phone unusable. It is hard to see through and the touchscreen does not function at all with poncho-thing in place. It might as well be in your pocket (*whispers*where you don't need a quadlock) Quadlock is a nice product but they have plenty of room for improvement. The product can't charge with proximity charger. And does not allow for any of the magnetic phone holders to function. Seems like they are trying to out-Apple Apple with the our stuff only plays with our stuff rule. Anyways, I digress, don't get the poncho it's junk. ... show more
