The media could not be loaded. I bought this for hiking during the summer. It seems fairly comfortable and lightweight. The latches seems to fit very well. It does seem to hold its shape while you put it on your leg. One of the things that I would say is that adjustability may not be as good because my leg is fairly short so it does cause some, bending in terms of the padding. with that said it still feels like you get protection for snakebites. The material seems to be fairly sturdy of good quality. Is fairly thick and seems to provide excellent protection. The material seems to be made of padding as well as the material you find in white belt.

I don't go into the woods very often. I live in an urban area. But, I do groom my yard with a weed eater on a regular basis. These work great to protect my ankles while I use my weed eater. So, I hate to disappoint the folks who hunt in areas where snakes are prevalent, but if you just want to protect your ankles from flying debris, these work great while you are using a weed eater.

The straps on these don't stay tight and they don't get tight enough for women. All day long they just spin, leaving the front of your shoe unprotected and, ultimately, get in the way. Overall they protect your calves and if you had bigger calves they might stay put better but the straps are hard to use and don't stay secure. Disappointed.
