These unassuming bands pack quite the workout heat! They are fantastic for toning and strengthening. I still consider myself an exercise novice and have found these bands easy to work with and versatile. There are so many exercises you can do with them! A quick video search yielded so many ways to tone your body using them and i've been slowly making my way through each one. The bands have held up just fine over the last couple months. The non-slip grip on the handles has proven to be invaluable once you work up a sweat. I do hear a slight squeaking noise when doing some especially difficult exercises with them, but nothing that prevents you from actually working out. It's just annoying. These are great bands and I definitely recommend them for home gyms or even just to do in between gym visits.

Decent resistance band. Although unpictured in the ad, it did include a little storage bag and door anchor. THE BAND: The quality of the resistance band is perfectly acceptable, nothing to complain about. The tubular latex itself seems perfectly flawless. The handles are soft and comfortable, but with a hint of cheapness about them. I think they will be absolutely fine pulling the low to medium resistance/weight of this particular band. THE ACCESSORIES: The bag it comes with is small, cheap, but handy. It is not the same bag as shown in the video, this one is smaller and not as nice. It barely fits the resistance band and anchor inside. This is not a complaint, not at this price point, for the band, anchor, and bag. The door anchor is also tiny but will work unless your door has a lot of space between itself and the floor/wall/ceiling, however you chose to mount it. I would be careful on the floor, if your door has much space between itself and perhaps carpeting. Just give it a test before you go to town. OVERALL: It's an inexpensive band that does what you ask of it. Now get that body moving!

One of the sides does like a squeaky vibration when pulling up and down. I think the nadir grip pad is a little loose. Still works fine.

This is a basic resistance tube with handles that comes with a door anchor. I had no problems setting it up and was able to work through a number of different exercises. The door anchor remained stable (I did have some concerns about the door, though), and though the foam grips were a bit more difficult to hold onto once damp, this was expected. It would be nice if there was an option to bundle multiple together, or purchase them without the anchor, but I think this is an excellent value for the listed price.
