It took a little bit of time before i caught one of my chickens using the swing. It was easy to install in the coop. I find several of them "swinging" on the swing now that they are use to it. This was such a fun purchase. I enjoy sitting outside and watching my chickens on this swing. The quality seems good and I've had no issues with it. ... show more

This is a curved piece of wood with a hole through it and some rope. For $17, I think it should have come with hardware - hooks to hang it with, or better yet, ratcheting clips like the black one in the photo I've attached (for reference only - it wasn't included, nor were the hooks). There is no way to adjust this, except by cutting the rope at the knot. This messy procedure would have made it impossible to adjust the swing height. Instead I chose to knot the rope at the top and hang it from some ceiling hooks I attached to the beams of my chicken coop. My chickens don't know what to make of this perch so far, but I hope they will use it. For $17 this is not a good value for the money, and should have been easier to adjust and come with hooks included. ... show more
