Ok I just love the Qiguet pet hair removal tool, it’s exactly what I have been looking for, for such a long time. I have tried virtually every pet hair brush, comb, tool device, contraption that is on the market and have always been very, very disappointed! They all picked up SOME hair but only with many strokes and many passes leaving my hand and wrist tired and achy. We have 3 dogs and 2 long haired cats which means that we have to sweep the floors and vacuum the carpets 3-4 times per day, which is at least somewhat easy to do. Fabrics however are a completely different story! Shirts, blouses, coats, sweaters, pants, ties, shoes, car mats and seats, every kind of fabric and texture but they all seem to get matted with per hair to one degree or another. Now all I have to do is gently stroke this lightweight pet hair remover and remove pet hair from anything I want To remove hair from. It has ni power cord, no motor, no expensive batteries to replace which makes it small in size and easily transportable. We have one for our house and keep on in our travel trailer. As a life long owner of both Cats & Dogs I have struggled to find tools for pet hair that actually work. The little tool may look like nothing special but when it comes time to removing long dog hair ( IE: Golden Retriever) from Car & Couch seats it will NOT disappoint. It is not perfect for all materials but I have found that it is truly all about how the user uses the tool, pressure make a huge difference on different fabrics as does using it in the direction the fabric runs. Give it a try and use it with different fabrics, pressures & directions and I doubt that you will be disappointed. Not everyone will find it useful but I personally found the keeping one in each car & a couple in the house work for me. I cleaned my two cat towers first. I could not believe how much cat hair was on those. I also had a few places on my carpet where the cats threw up. I had picked it up at the time, but you could see the place where it happened because I hadn’t cleaned it up perfectly. I used the tool on the spot and it came up as dust. Then I vacuumed the spot and it was gone. I have small rugs in spots where the cats like to sleep. I used the tool on the rugs before I washed them. I got this primarily to be able to quickly remove cat hair from the cat trees. And for that purpose this works very well. You just scrape and the hair comes off in giant clumps in seconds. It’ll make it easy to clean them every week. If you’re looking to get this for soft objects, it doesn’t work super well with that. It was much less convenient using this on the cat hammocks or couch. I have purchased several products to help with pet hair, none of them work on everything. This item does work on most things and works great with much less elbow grease. I used to use the slicker brush on the cat tower and their fuzzy blanket before I washed it. It is fantastic on my soft chair cover, which seems to get the most hair balls.
