I am 38 years old. 5'5". 208 pounds sadly. I have on a size LARGE and it fits good. I have it on the tightest clip. This belt has 3 straps, very convenient! You can pull the bottom strap as low as needed for the fupa. This belt is NOT uncomfortable at all. It does not roll down from the top. It does NOT roll up from the bottom. It stays in place all day. I wore it on my busy day. Sitting, driving, up, walking, went to restroom, a lot of movement and the belt stayed in place. It makes you sit up straight too. It gives back support. But I will be ordering a size MEDIUM for the extra tummy tuck. I am keeping the large for work and I'm going to wear the medium when I go out. Very good quality. And at a great price. On ticktock they are about 30 to 40 dollars plus high shipping. I posted a lot of pics girls so you could see how this belt holds. And you can slightly see it under a white shirt. I hope it helps. Some people dont leave enough info. Yes I am 208 pounds. I do not workout although I need to.

I actually bought this for my post Pordum recovery. I gave birth via csection in late January. I ordered another in beige. Works amazingly well. Here are my honest thoughts.. Size reference: I ordered a XL before sizing down to a large. I am 5'7 and 200 lbs. It doesn't ride down or anything. And covers from under my bust to just above my bikini line. Quality: very good quality. Sturdy and material is easy on the skin. I have even taken a nap in it. Ease of use: I recommend doing the top first and then the lower straps. Ending with the middle ones. As you loose weight go inwards to the 2nd row and then the third. Ones you reach the third, it's time to get a smaller size. Value for money: worth the buy. I'd get more but I wanna loose weight before that happens. Thickness: Doesn't feel thick and not noticeable under cloths

First waist training med I’ve ver worn that I can actually wear all day. It actually snatches my waist so good and gives me that small waist wide hips look that we all want to achieve. I highly recommend this waist trainer it doesn’t roll , it’s comfortable and it gives good compression. The vertical support plastics / metal ( bones) pieces don’t poke you when you sit if adjusted correctly. It is easy to put on the middle piece brings it all together .
