Item came and we put it together. My grandson received it for Christmas but when he started to ride it the throttle control board started smoking and it wouldn’t work. We first tried to get a replacement part but could not then we disassembled it to return it but after we contacted them to return it they wanted us to take pictures or a video to prove it was broken.
