    • They Are What They Say
Purchased the small 06 Orton cones for bisque firing my manual kiln. Worked great and it's good that they're made in pairs now, I didn't get any broken cones this time. You just have to split them apart yourself.

    • Cones for temperature control
These cones shut off the kiln when it gets hot enough. They make the glaze shiny and hard.

The cones are fine but the estimated shipping time was off by a week which did not help me out. Had an art show on Saturday the cones were to be sent that prior Wednesday, show came and went, cones showed up a week later. Thank goodness I had one cone of my own left to fire!
