The basket is plastic. It does not have enough glue for surrounding rubber, 1 quarter of circle is loose. I have to glue it back. It loud when use it as 2 ohms. It's ok for the price. The mounting hole is not standard 7 1/4, the size is 7.4 inches. If you replace old sub make your hole is more than 7.4 inches. ... show more
