Great Speaker, for the price point. I own two. The first thing I did was replace the battery, with a 12v Lithium. It has longer life, and will not overcharge. I added a wireless module, so I can play music on one, and it feeds the other. With the Lithium battery, you really can't use the charge indicator, as Lithiums will show 100%, all the time, until it's very low. Not a problem, as I have used it over 10 hrs on the battery. Not professional, but if you are the sound guy, at an occasional event, these are great. I wish it has XLR inputs, rather than RCAs. That's the only minor downside. We took this to a meeting the day after it was received, and it didn't work at all. After contacting the seller, we were told that " sometimes the mics just don't work". It was well packaged, braced in Styrofoam and double boxed. The shipping box was not damaged, the product was simply defective. Because of the size of the box, it can't be returned through our Whole Foods drop off location, but had to be shipped back via UPS. Guessing if you get oner that works it would be handy to use, but we won't be ordering a second one. ... show more

If you're looking for a portable PA system that is portable (wheels and a pull handle), includes a microphone (this one has two UHF wireless mics), has an internal battery, and enough power to provide sound for a local community building, this thing will do the trick. It's bigger than the really small units, but it has a 12" speaker and an internal battery, so the size is very good considering. Because of those factors, it's also a little heavier than some, but again considering... All in all, I'm very impressed with it. Two downsides though. The user manual is pretty useless, so if you aren't good at figuring out Bluetooth connectivity or the range of control knobs shown in the picture, you might want to get help. Also, there's two holders for the microphones, but nothing anywhere in the manual or website tells you want to do with them. Other than those two points and the fact that it's NOT made in the USA, it's a great little system. Be sure to complete the Pyle website registration after you get it though so you get a full year warranty. Otherwise this thing is only covered for 60-days, and that's no Bueno... ... show more

honestly would be 5 star if it didnt show up with connection issue. speaker very loud and clear, mic's good range for a low quality mic, bt range and clarity was great. never got a chance to try the battery as i sent it back and only tested it wired. the price to quality ratio would be amazing had it not suffered from connection issues. im sure i could have opened it up and fixed the wire causing the short, but it was easier to just return it. i ended up going 1 tier down , same company and product with a lower wattage and 1 mic, and it works great. 0 issues with the lower tier model and very likely to purchase a 2nd one just as a powerful outdoor bt speaker. but the mic is loud and clear, with good range, and perfect for mid-size event hosting. gotta be careful with feedback though, a normal concern with pa systems naturally, but i think with a higher quality mic the feedback/noise canceling would be better. overall i would recommend purchasing and immediately testing it. if it works as intended GREAT, if not ship it back till you get one wired properly ... show more
