This, hands down, is the best speaker with a monitor/screen I have ever owned . It is definitely a party starter! I love to sing and don’t just use this for get-togethers but will often enjoy it all by myself - for singing, listening to music, watching videos, it’s a one stop shop. It connects easily and quickly to Bluetooth on my phone, but I love that it has an attached screen that I can simply connect wirelessly to my internet and watch YouTube videos with lyrics. The screen is clear and vibrant in color and very receptive to touch. The speaker/sound quality is equally as good - clear and crisp sound. The microphones can be charged so that they can be used without any annoying wires hanging around. I like that I can easily transport this from room to room, basically wherever the party is, it goes too! The handle makes it easy to pull along and the wheels glide smoothly across the floor. I received this unit in the mail. It had a large hole in the outer cardboard, next to the speaker. There was no Styrofoam or other padding in this area. There were also no batteries for the 2 microphones, or the remote control. With the high price point I would have expected these issues to be resolved. However, my biggest issue is the non-existent customer service! The instruction manual is very light on information, so I decided to call customer service. After sifting through the lengthy menu, I was hung up on every single time! I called endless times and was immediately hung up on before anyone even came on the phone. I am still on the fence on whether or not I will keep this unit. We have been trying everything and can't find a way to get the microphones to synchronize anywhere in the instructions. And since we can't get any help over the phone, without being hung up on, we are in quite a quandary. To say I am disappointed, would be far too much of an understatement! ... show more

First off - in the product page - the screen looks vivid - it is not; the screen looks milky and no brightness adjustment. The touch screen is slow and clunky - it is not smooth. I adjusted clock to be 12 hours - it doesnt change and still stuck on 24 hours. Furthermore - only manual comes with is buttons for remote and product. It DOES NOT have anything to help you options of making screen play lyrics for music. I MEAN SERIOUSLY?!?! I pay $810 and you don't have a decency to have a manual to help people connect and all the options to do so? That is just poor work by the company. I have reached out to them in chat. Person in chat doesn't know what they are doing or how to answer anything. Not sure how people rated 5 stars when I cant even figure out how to make anything work. UPDATED: Tech finally got back to me. Tech is helpful. But still surprised that they dont have a guide. There is no adjustment on brightness or contrast. This is nice that it rolls on wheels and the speakers and mic is actually very nice. I would say needs to be 3 stars out of 5 for lack of guide, options for settings is very limited for android, the screen is clunky touch screen for the price you pay this should be better for those reasons. ... show more

Pro: Great sound, loud, able to extend it to the TV for a bigger screen. Can be used as an amp for instruments. YouTube app has a gigantic collection of karaoke songs. Two wireless microphones. Con: Nonexistent battery life, maybe an hour or two, and you have to charge it before you know it. Also, the included AC adapter to charge it did not work out of box. Had to use a spare we had in the house. Tried to reach out to support who said that they didn’t have anymore in stock and would get back to me maybe two months ago. So far nothing. Best tethered to an outlet. Screen had a few dead pixels. Touch screen has a few dead spots. Device itself, either the built-in android OS or hardware is slow and on occasions froze and needed to be restarted. Initial listing was crazy at like $900 but I got it on sale and looks like the price is now appropriate for what you’re getting. ... show more
