I thought this thing was going to suck, it felt light and cheap when I took it out of the box. I'm like 3 weeks of heavy use in now and I have to say this thing is a hidden gem for the price. While it is loud, the bass is not deep and rich. Ok, fine. But to have only five equalizer settings is a problem. On top of that, it does not respond to any equalizer settings that you have on your phone is a deal breaker. If I had known about these issues, I would have never purchased it.

update 12/20/2023 Costumer service contacted me and sent me a return label, Shipped the speaker back. They found the battery was bad and replaced. Speaker shipped back to me in a fast turnaround time and works great. The customer rep Joe was great to work with, He updated me when they received the unit and when it was shipped back. Thank you, Pyle, for fixing my speaker. received the unit in June and the battery stopped working Oct 7. tried charging over night and tried to drain the battery and charge again. Will not hold a charge. after 8 hour charging it turns on for about 5 seconds then shuts off. was looking to see if a replacement battery can bought and no luck so far. Very disappointed in this unit. I had a different unit made by another company and it lasted 5 years before the battery stopped working. will try and find a better unit then this one. Would not recommend this unit to anyone. ... show more

Super lightweight. Flimsy plastic. Tiny cheap remote. It's tall but don't leave it near a fan, it might blow it over. short cord. Not as powerful as you would think it would be. Ordered this to replace a dying JBL clip 3 and realistically that shouldn't have been hard with the power output advertised on this speaker. The first thing I noticed is how cheap it feels and no joke my tiny JBL clip 3 was heavier than this speaker. It was easy to hook up to Bluetooth and the functions all seemed to work. LEDs just strobe or are off with no intermediate options. I am a bit of a sound quality snob and this speaker failed so bad I'm sending it back and trying something else. There is no way this is pushing that amount of power, ever. My little JBL clip 3 had better sound and was just as loud. Overall disappointed but probably would be good for a cheap need in emergency speaker kind of way. Just not going to work for me. ... show more
