We purchased this particular system after looking at many reviews. I waited to review due to receiving a broken microphone when it first arrived. While I did have to wait quite awhile for the replacement, it arrived (and in one piece). The system is easy to set up despite not having great instructions. It just took some playing around and looking on YouTube to get it all sorted. The sound quality is fantastic. Bluetooth setup is easy.     • Came Defective and missing parts.
Arrived defective. The passive/slave speaker is completely non-functional, and the LEDs do not work. Also came missing the 3.5mm AUX cable that is pictured in the listing. Was able to get a really nice person on the phone at Pyle who did some trouble shooting, but ultimately they advised me to return them. The "manual" is really just a parts list/map of the knobs/ports/etc. There is no guidance or How To at all, which meant I had to call in for help. One thing that would be good to know is that the cable between the speakers goes in and has to be twisted to lock in. Zero guidance on that. I was hopeful that learning that would solve the problem, but nope. LEDs still don't work either, but we could live with that if the two speakers worked at least. Also, several people noted how bad the mic is. Very true. Turned up all the way, you still can't really hear someone speaking. You can hear yourself tapping to check if it's on, though. Also, why does it default to radio every time you turn it on. Super annoying. That seems like the least likely source you'd be using. This was a birthday gift.     • Simple set up
It works well. Simple hook up but the speakers hook up with a cable. It’s not a simple plug in, but a push in and a slight clockwise twist to make connection. Some direction on that hook up would have been helpful. I did figure it out though

    • Sound is alsome
I only had 1 speaker pluggedin, it was so loud I didn't even plug in the other one. Sound is great. Love these. Great for parties, bbq, or just singing with the kids. Great power, bass. Friends and family will be impressed
