Had to return the 1st but, this is beautiful. Very good looking, nicely done. The 1st one, the strap button on the bottom looks like it got hit on the ground or something maybe during shipping so the paint was chipped around it. But, I got in contact and they shipped out another and the return was easy. This guitar got tuned, played slightly, then hung up on the wall (more for decoration). For the price (Under 160 at my time of purchase, it seems like it works for what I need it for). If you're looking to play this, just know that (at least on mine), the frets are slightly hanging over the board and are sharp. Scratches my fingers as I play. But I plan on playing it but minimally. So for my purpose I give it 4 stars, if I were going to do more playing I may have rated a 3 but just need to take it in to get the frets filed. Overall, it sounds nice, I haven't used/ had it long enough to know if it will stay in tune or know any longevity. Again, for my purpose (more for decoration, and slight play, it looks great). ... show more

Ok so this product is awesome! Only one negative it did not come in the color we ordered but my daughter still loves it. Started playing it the second she opened it. We did an early Xmas opening due to travel plans. She already added a few stickers. Highly recommend.

No visible damage or defects noticed. Seems everything is tight and well put together. The IOS tuner app works well although there is only a single 1 star review on it and the main complaint was the free app costs too much!?! Ooook! I’d add a better review but Apple says since I’m on IOS 26 beta I’m not allowed to. All things considered I’m surprised this doesn’t sell for close to $300. If I have to leave a critique I’ll agree with others that pointed out the guitar strap quality worries me and I’ll be replacing it, but it really feels petty saying this. I would definitely recommend this to someone who is thinking about getting a guitar. The fact it’s from a known name brand is just icing on the cake. ... show more

We bought this as a gift for our granddaughter and she was so excited when she unwrapped it and saw the markings on the box. This was what she was hoping for. After opening the box, both her and us were disappointed when we looked at the guitar body and found a large chip in the coating. Not just a scratch but large chip. See attached photo. The replacement guitar arrived but the Tone control knob was not secured. After further examination I found the electronic controls were not secure inside the guitar body. There was no mechanism to secure it in place. Low quality construction. I called Pyle and was on hold with no help. Nor did they respond to my email. ... show more
