    • If you need a real cheap guitar, get this one!

Before I say anything else about this guitar, please understand that there are A LOT of cheap guitars on Amazon, and most of them are of similar design to this one, which is to say that they are designed for nylon strings. Unfortunately most of them also have steel strings, which have a higher tension than nylon strings and can bow the neck excessively, and are harder to play with given the higher action of a nylon string guitar. I don't know why there are so many nylon string guitars strung with steel strings on Amazon, maybe the steel strings are cheaper or they sell better? Anyway, this is a cheap nylon string guitar with nylon strings. I couldn't find an instrument of that description or a proper steel string guitar any cheaper, that's why I got this one. This is a serviceable instrument. It arrived on time in perfect condition with all of the accessories in a tapered cardboard guitar box. It only has one strap button but it comes with a cord so you can tie one end of the strap to the head and still use it. The tuner is the first electric tuner I've had and it is really nice. The guitar sounds decent and it's easy to play. In the weeks since I've gotten it, it's been staying in tune longer, as is to be expected with new strings. I'm happy with my purchase. If you're looking to get a guitar then this may be your best choice at this price. Edit 11/22/2020: I'm still very happy with my purchase, it's a nice little guitar to practice on. But when I got it, it was quite a bit cheaper, and there may be cheaper nylon string guitars with nylon strings on Amazon at this point. This is a fantastic guitar for beginners and for travel. I got this for my daughter when she was 9. Perfectly sized and it played decently out of the box. I, a 42 year old woman, actually starting learning on it with an app on my phone as well. I've now graduated to my own big girl guitar, but I still play this guy when I want something a little smaller and less precious to take out and about. The plastic gig bag it comes with does the trick. I will say that when I purchased it the price was significantly lower. I think thirty five or forty? But everything has been going up a lot lately and I think it's probably still a good value at where it's at now. Should you take this to an open Mike night or to play in a band? Probably not. But if you don't know if you or your kid is going to stick with guitar or you just want to strum carefree around the campfire, this is a fantastic instrument. ... show more

Bought for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas. She loves it and better quality than I was expecting for the price point. She loves the blue color. It’s gorgeous. Only reason I didn’t give it five stars is the zipper on the bag broke the first time we used it.

I purchased this beautiful blue beginner guitar as a gift for my niece's birthday about a week ago. she is so in love and excited with her beautiful guitar and she just starts learning and playing with it through youtube. a great start, to learn something amazing and new during this quarantine. The size is perfect and so comfortable for kids and teenagers. it comes with several accessories and cases. just note that it's not ready to use as you open the box. The strings are a bit loose but strong and you need to do some small and easy work on it for tuning. This is a great and unique color for both girls and boys. The weight is reasonable and comfy for them as well. Also, the quality is very good for the small price you pay. Just notice that, this is a Beginners guitar and be sure absolutely worth the small price you pay for it. the shipping and packaging were fast and I received it in great condition. You are never too old to learn a musical instrument and this lovely Guitar is definitely recommended as a good start for whoever you love and care about. ... show more

I bought this guitar for my 12-year-old, who is on a smaller side. She previously was using a full-size guitar with metal strings. She is very happy with how this instrument feels. She said the string don't hurt her fingers, like the old guitar was. The size is also perfect for her. Despite the small size, the sound is very rich and does not sound inferior to the full-size guitar! It also looks very sharp. It would make an excellent gift for a young person.
