  • Different but it works
Coming from a Logitech Driving Force wheel for our PS3 to this one for the Xbox X. I started my grandson out on the PS3 w/Dirt 2&3. When I got him the Xbox X, because we co-op in Halo Infinite as well, he still wanted to race, which is why I needed a different wheel, as the Logiotech one didn't work, and no adapters I bought worked to convert it to the Xbox. So, a new wheel was needed. A $300+ wheel wasn't in the option set because he occasionally comes over. This was the best one I could find for the budget. Coming from the other wheel, this wheel isn't a Driving Force wheel - get that in your head. Expect a different experience. The movements are tighter, with little room to make certain moves, and you need to get used to this. When you think you will ease right or left and turn the wheel, you are going right or left but much quicker than expected. Your movements are closer, smaller, and more distinct. Less room for "control" - when you use the wheel, it moves the vehicle quickly. This wheel takes more micro movements than the Driving Force ever needed. So, this is a very responsive wheel, requiring more micro control over the turns rather than more natural spacing turns. There is less room for movement, and every action is responded to quickly. That's good and bad, so be aware that if you are coming from another wheel, this one will take some time to rewire your brain. Does it work? Hell yeah, it works. We had hours of fun driving Dirt 5 and a Forenza game. It's just "different" - expect that, and you're good. ... show more

  • Awful product
If I could give it a zero I would. First the delivery was delayed almost 2 days which was important bc it was my son’s birthday present. He sat at the front door the entire day waiting. As you can imagine when it finally arrived the day after he/we spent hours trying to get it to work! Unfortunately with no luck. The steering was driving the cars backwards. They give you information to contact but you can’t reach anyone there and Amazon was no help. I printed the return label and returned it to ups. Then spent the last several weeks being told by Amazon that the seller would contact me and they never did!! What a nightmare, stay away from this product ... show more

  • Stepson loves using it with his gaming systems!
Bought this for my stepson. He really loves it. The quality looks nice. It worked with his gaming systems with no issues. He really enjoys it. Seems to be durable.

  • Budget Racing Wheel, Solid Value
My time with the PXN V9 GEN2 racing wheel has revealed both its strengths and limitations. Coming from experience with higher-end force feedback wheels, this budget-friendly option provides a decent entry point into sim racing, though with some notable compromises. The wheel itself features solid build quality with an 11-inch diameter and anti-slip ABS construction. The dual-motor vibration feedback, while not true force feedback, does provide some tactile response during gameplay. I particularly appreciate the inclusion of RGB lighting that displays pedal values, adding both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The 270/900-degree adjustable rotation is a welcome feature, though the steering feel lacks the precision and natural resistance found in more expensive wheels. The pedals use Hall sensors for reliable input, but the lightweight plastic construction and basic resistance means you won't get the same level of control finesse as higher-end sets. A major plus is the wide compatibility across platforms - it works with PC, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Switch. The included 6-speed shifter adds value, though it's primarily designed for truck simulation games and feels relatively basic in construction. Where this wheel really shows its budget nature is in the overall force feedback experience. The dual-motor vibration system provides basic road feel, but you miss out on the detailed forces and resistance that make premium wheels so immersive. The quick response can actually make precise control more challenging without proper force feedback to guide your inputs. For casual racing game enthusiasts or those wanting to test the waters of sim racing without a major investment, the PXN V9 GEN2 delivers acceptable performance at its price point. However, serious sim racers will likely find the lack of true force feedback and premium build quality limiting for competitive play. My final score: 4/5 ... show more

  • Versatile add on that works.
My son had requested a different brand that was more expensive and out of my price range. I thought I would take a chance on this one. He was able to hook it up to his PS4 fairly easily as a 12 year old gamer. The bonus was that he could take it to his dad's house and also hook it up to the PC there. ... show more

  • Set up can be tricky but worked well with Xbox Series S
This is a pretty nice steering wheel. I was able to play some racing games on my Xbox. I love the 900 degree turn radius. Give you a more life like feel. The wheel itself is great quality. The pedals are good. I was not able to find a game on Xbox where I can utilize the shifter so I can't really comment on that however it is a short stick and offered a realistic amount of gears. If you're looking for good value then definitely give this wheel a chance. However initial set up is not super straight forward. You need to read the manual to get this working correctly. I would recommend this steering wheel if you are in the market. ... show more
