There are currently 76 questions on this product, most about different TV models. Does this work with your model? Yes, probably, and it's EASY to be sure. (See images, NOT from this cord, but to illustrate compatibility.) The male end, the 'wall' end, is the very common US 2 prong, polarized (one blade is slightly wider). This works in US houses (or you're familiar with the issue / solution). Here's the important part, the business end, the end that connects your product, your TV, to the cord, wall, grid...this is the happy-maker. Also 2 prong, NOT polarized...described as figure8, infinity, shotgun (side by side, double barrel, like the stagecoach guards carry). If the hole in the back/side of your device has 2 shiny metal prongs centered in an 8 shaped hole, this is your cord. This cord will also fit the polarized version of this connection, more like a DO than the 8, but this cord works in those too. Now that we know the cord fits, what else is there? Well, it takes a hard 90° bend just as it exits the device, so it can really help with clearance or routing conditions. You'll have 2 directions to choose from. This bend is likely the feature that appeals to most buyers. It's 12' long, under 4 meters. It's black. Side note...I think NONE of the images that are part of this listing are real or relevant, I think the "cord" images are renders, the UL could be valid, but the image showing 4 conductors? NO! Or the 6 people that are SO high they can't possibly stop laughing, even though it's going to kill them, which is HILARIOUS!? I prefer solid listings, but in this case, it's still a product worth buying.

I was able to figure out what power cord I needed for my LG TV by comparing the shape of the plug dock on the back of my tv along with the details of the tv model. The cord is perfect and the different length choices gave me options that I didn't think I had. I love it! Amazon made it very easy to visually match the plug I needed to which one to order and it was shipped super fast. It works great and the tv in my guest bedroom is all set up!

If you wall mount your tv, such as I did, you may find getting the plug to the outlet isn’t possible. You could use an extension cord, but that’s sloppy and a risk of it coming apart. Bought this cord and is a direct replacement. Check plug in TV side carefully to be sure you get the right one. Looks like polarity sensitive version, so double check to be sure. Excellent OEM quality cord.

It'll power your device and the longer cord is amazing. But for my specific needs the female prongs are longer than oem samsung length. It'll stick out the bottom of my samsung q990c rear speakers. Making them not sit flush to the ground. It would still be 5 stars if they included the dimensions so this mistake could be avoided in the future.

Somehow, I lost my original power cord. Probably threw it out with the box. This replacement cord is actually an upgrade to the original because I have extra length now to route the cord to a power outlet without having to use an extension cord. The wall plug end is also 90 degrees, so it hugs the wall better than the original, too. That makes me feel a little better about losing the first one.

I wanted to hide the power cord but my original power cord was only 4 feet, maybe. 12 foot worked perfectly, snaked it thru some plastic case and into the cabinet. Works for my 65" LG TV. No issues so far.
