I bought this to use with a group of friends and it is very fun and cool to have. The quality is amazing and it is very sturdy. The assembly does not take much time and it is very easy.

Cheap. Flimsy. Not worth the investment for heavy resistance training. Unreliable. No where near 220lbs of resistance either. 0 out of 10 would not recommend

I really wanted to love this push-up board. I am by no means a high intensity workout kind of person and I certainly do not make it to the gym. I thought having a little set-up in my house would compel me to action. When I was trying to set up the board, I realized the board was meant for hardwood floors. It does not do good on carpet. Not even low pile carpet. The only hardwood I have is in the kitchen, and wasn't going to set it up in there. I did set it up to test it out, and not being too familiar with workout equipment, I was a little lost on how to proceed and effectively use the board. I did take the gripper to use and it broke after about 2 weeks. So, essentially, it doesn't really work for me. I cannot say how good or bad this portable gym functions, but I can make sure you know that if you are planning on putting it on carpet, this is probably not the board for you.

This is a pretty good to have for in the go workouts. On many days I don’t really have the time to give my full time and preparation, so I use this to get a few sets in. It’s very portable although I haven’t needed to travel with it just yet.

This product is not designed for shorter people. I'm 5'5" and the bands are so long i can't even use them. The bands without stretching them come to my chest. They have no resistance at my height.

We’re really enjoying this product so far. I grabbed it for my 12 year old son who wanted to do some more “working out” to help him with sports. This is a good product for him. It’s very versatile and offers many different things. It doesn’t seem super sturdy, I can see why there’s some lesser reviews…I don’t know that it would hold up that well for a larger adult but for a 115 pound almost teenager, it’s perfect!
