I love this bag! It's much better quality than I thought it would be, it looks nice and is soft. It has a really large center pocket, which I especially love because I keep alot of papers and forms in my bag and this center pocket is perfect for that! It also has nice-sized pockets on either side if the center pocket, as well as a nice sized zipped pocket and two smaller open pockets for smaller items. I also really like the straps. The long strap is of good quality (stitching, hardware & thickness) and has good versatility with the different lengths. The hand straps allows you to carry it like a bag, but is just long enough to carry it on your shoulder if you need to free up your hands. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Very nice purse with lots of pockets just like I like. The description says light gray but it is a very nice camel color. I’m glad I paid attention to the reviews saying it was camel and glad I took a chance on it being the color I wanted.

Arrival date kept changing which is really frustrating. I don’t mean just one time, at least 3-4 times. Took too long to receive this purse. Whoever packed it put the removable shoulder strap in the middle zippered section, which was dumb. I get why they did it, but the silica gel packets broke so now I have all that crap all over inside that middle zippered section. I’m not sure if I’ll keep this purse or return it yet. It’s way bigger than I need or want. The previous style that lasted forever & I really liked, is no longer available which makes me really sad. Color is good/nice.

I really like this bag for how I'm going to use it. I'm the type of person who has multiple bags in the same style. When I find a style I like, I buy it in multiple colors because I change my bag out daily to match my outfit. This bag will do nicely for that. I don't overpack my bags or toss them around so they do tend to last. I would say that if you have a tendency to overstuff your bags or carry heavy items on a daily basis then don't necessarily expect this bag to last super long. You need to have reasonable expectations. I do believe that the price point is fair considering how well constructed the bags are. The stitching is neat, the design of the bag is well thought out ( love both the shorter handles and the ample crossbody strap), the hardware seems sturdy enough ( love the gunmetal color as it's neutral), and the bag is not too heavy. Please be aware that this bag comes in TWO different sizes but you can't necessarily get both sizes in each color. You have to scroll through the pictures to see what size the bag you've selected is. Could they have made this simpler and clearer.........yes. Just be aware of this when ordering so you get the size you want.
