The package arrived in a timely manner and it was well packaged everything was secured properly and nothing on the outside of the box was damaged my issue with the product is that it is poorly constructed the design looks great however several of the legs did not fit because the holes were drilled in properly, nails and washers did not fit and therefore I was not able to tighten them. Furthermore the pillows are not affixed to the chair and as a result can blow away the table came with the tempered glass the table looked very cheap and poorly built and the tempered glass does not fit well on the frame of the table the unit is lightweight and easy to carry however it’s not worth the price of $999 in fact I would bet that this unit is worth no more than about 250 bucks if that. I am truly disappointed in the low quality product that I received for such a high price point I will not order another item from this seller again I also would not recommend investing in this product because it simply does not measure up to the photos that are listed it does not convey quality and it really doesn’t look all that great. The Weilburg set is currently on my patio with covers on getting rained on, if I remember I will take photos to add later. This set had zero reviews but looked nice and reminded me of the West Elm Porto chairs at a much lower price. More importantly it was in stock so we took a gamble and ordered, in 2021 many patio sets have fall delivery windows. The box was pretty damaged upon arrival so I was worried, the delivery team took it up 3 flights. Upon unpacking we saw that one chair has a scratch on it, but everything else survived. (I will update this review after I deal with Purple Leaf customer service about the chair). The set looks very sharp on our patio, the tempered glass looks like stone. Cushions are comfortable. We grew tired of the wicker look, and this is such a nice modern update. ... show more

I love this set, it's beautiful, comfortable and I just really appreciate that it's aluminum so it will not rust and stain my cement. It was extremly well packed, it was shipped on time, it was easy to assemble. One of the chairs was wobbly, I contacted the company directly and they sent a replacement immediately after I sent them photos of the manufacturing defect. They were great and fast to deal with. I would highly reccommend this set, and I think I will buy a second one myself. A small side note, is that the rubber sheets that keep the pillows from sliding don't hold very well. If I were to improve the product I would either add antislip material straight onto the bottom fabric, or add strings so you can attach the cushions to the chairs. ... show more

Update: Purple's customer service completly took care of my concerns and we love the set! The table top was missing the female brass colored inserts that allow the screws to fasten the legs to the frame. Two of these were missing on the top frame, in one corner. The table is unusable. There were also numerous blemishes and scratches on the chairs and the couch. This appears to be a quality control issue. The blemishes ( gouges, scratches )appear to have happened before the powder coat was applied, as they were painted over; it was not a shipping or packaging issue. Please let me know how you would like to fix the issues. Thank You, (copy of what I sent to Purple Leaf) I will update the rating once it is resolved to my satisfaction. ... show more

This is a high quality outdoor furniture. It was supper easy to assemble, basically attach the legs and you are done. My husband was away so assembled it and carried it from garage to backyard. It’s light weight but sturdy. The cushions are amazing. The bottom cushion is high density so it will take a long time before it sags. Overall I’m in love with this set. I bought a outdoor cover from Amazon so that it doesn’t get too dirty with all the storms and tornadoes in Texas. They also did an amazing job of packing it. ... show more

I was a little skeptical buying furniture without trying it out first… But I was pleasantly surprised with the set! The delivery was it the latter part of the window and they were only able to take it as far as my driveway gate, but they it’s fairly light so I was able to unbox it In the driveway and carry it up the stairs of the deck. It looks great… The cushions are a little stiff at first but overall comfortable. I’ll probably apply Vectra to the roping so that it doesn’t get too much pollen or dirt which is an issue here in Georgia. ... show more

We just got it and I don't like leaving a review for anything until I've had it for a while and have put it to use, hence the four stars.
