Bought the seven-piece patio dining set, and a couple of pieces weren't built correctly. The biggest thing was one nut was stripped out. The customer service rep went way above and beyond, sending me two more chairs (open box, so one of them had been scratched up). In the end, I got eight chairs even though two of them were damaged or required some work-around repairs. You just don't find service like that, especially from online sellers. Set aside 4+ hours to put this thing together. Many of the holes are sloppily drilled making it extremely hard to get things to line up and requires quite a bit of elbow grease at awkward angles. Once set up though it’s a great set. Sturdy, comfortable and looks good. Happy with the purchase.

We ordered this table and chairs set because we needed something smaller than our previous set and wanted something that had a look and feel of quality. It does all that. However, one of the pillows came with a nasty stain on it. We asked for a replacement and without a lot of hassle we received a replacement within a few days. "wood imitation" = "plastic", unlikely to hold up against cigarettes, embers, sharp objects or abrasive objects. We will be keeping the set, however. It is quite attractive and seems sturdy otherwise. Assembly hint: Start all screws before tightening any of them. The design is pretty intelligent, but the manufacturing is not high-precision. The chairs use four short screws and six long ones. The screws feed through rounded rectangular ferrules (tubes) that account for variations in the angle at which the accepting receptacles might be spot welded to the frame. That fact is not really an issue, just an observation. What is a problem is a lack of consistency in the lengths of the ferrules. One chair from each of two pairs had a long ferrule where a short screw should go... too long for a short screw. With the first set, I was able to swap a short screw with a long one. With the second set there were not four ferrules short enough for a short screws. I chose to trim, the ferrule where the short screw belonged. If you don't have the tools or skill to do that without ruining the chair, a trip to the hardware store to buy a longer screw for ten cents will be quicker and be less hassle than working it out with the manufacturer. ... show more
