This is the best product that I have found for my cat He's 13 years old has a very sensitive stomach It was very huge when I got him needed to have some weight control he seems to be very content with the product as well so does my other cat I do hope and I do wish the storing process was a little bit better when the dates come close to expiring by 3 months do not sell the product because that means the product is getting too old and the cats will refuse to even eat it It will make them sick upset stomachs and having diarrhea all over the house very sluggish and not happy kitties so keep that in mind when purchasing a product also and how it's shipped it needs to stay at a certain temperature or it is no good at all ... show more

I purchased this for my parent's cat who seemed to have very itchy skin. I've been bugging my parents to take the cat to the vet, but they resisted because the cat is feral and hard to catch. I bought them this to try, before I trapped the cat to bring to the vet. The cat has been eating this only for about a week, and we've already seen a difference. Our female cat had itchy spots all over her back and bottom which she would continuously bite. The back of her back legs and the base of her tail were naked from where she had pulled out all the fur from being itchy. After doing some research on causes, and using ointment on her, I switched her and our two boys to Purina Cat Chow Gentle. I have an old man cat who thinks he needs to eat continually. He is on a special diet with expensive canned food, but he also likes to snack on some dry food in between. If we don't give in to his demands he makes a point of tripping us, knocking over the trash can or jumping up onto the table to steal whatever we are eating. He's 14, on thyroid medication, has completely lost his mind and also has a sensitive tummy - so we decided to try this food. He loves the taste, and it seems to agree with him.
