This is my preferred brand for supplements as they limit fillers in their products. I do use a couple other brands occasionally so that I can afford all the supplements I want to take. These are great, they are large but I have no trouble swallowing them, they do not taste going down and only once have I had a minor fish burp when I took them with a small meal. I usually swallow them with the first bite of food to ensure they move through my stomach to prevent this common problem with fish oil capsules. I eat a healthy diet but I like to add supplements, especially this one as I tend to eat more veggies than fish and I don't want to miss out on these omegas. ... show more

I love pure encapsulations supplements and have used them a long time. This omega is the best I have used. I notice the difference when I’m lazy and skip out. Obviously omegas are hugely important, and the pill is always big, but this has the better fish oil so it doesn’t repeat on you or have any flavor whatsoever. We switched from DFH Omegas to these, Pure Encapsulation Omegas. One: the price is much better. These are just a better value. Two: the size of this pill is smaller than the DFH Omegas that we were taking. My whole family takes Omegas, so the bottles don’t last long. Third: most importantly for me, I have not gotten the fish burps from them - but I didn’t from DFH Omegas either, to be fair.
