I can't tell you if my health is better, but I can tell you they don't hurt me and they don't have such an intense after-taste as many other brands I've tried (frequently no after-taste at all). This supplement has made a ~noticable~ difference in my digestion. I've regimented this to my gastroparesis friends and I've heard good positive feedback. Good price for it benefits! Worth every penny! Thank you NOW. P.S. NOW does have another product that has OX bile in it and one other strong ingredient. I tried that and In my opinion, that one' is only for those with a string and healthy intestinal tract, and without ulcers. It burned it's way through my system. But it definitely digested the foods in my stomach. I would definitely recommend trying ~Digest Ultimate~ before resorting to that one. (I forget what it's called.) ... show more
