I assume it does, in fact, have the Omega 3s it claims to. And next time I get a blood workup we’ll see if my triglycerides go down at all. In the meantime, the pills are easy to swallow, easy to digest, and smell and taste of peppermint. So, about as good a situation as I could ask.

The capsules are very easy to swallow. The flavor is also good in that the rosemary oil and peppermint oil made the capsules smell pleasant and not fishy. I don't have to worry too much on needing to refrigerate the bottle. However, I am a little disappointed in the relatively low dose of omega-3 EPA and DHA in which I would have to increase the daily dosage as recommended by my physician, which will lead me to running out of it pretty quickly. I do like the fact that every bottle purchased will help plant a tree.

I bought the vegan Omega-3 vitamins and after about two weeks of trying them, I have to say that I am enjoying them so far. The price is good for the quality of vitamins as well as the customer service! I went on their website To plant a tree because they said when you buy one of their products they plant a tree, however, the form was missing to fill out to get a tree planted. So I sent them an email and they responded immediately with such kindness! As well, as asked if I had any further questions or concerns! I have tried so many other vegan omega-3 vitamins but this one I think is one that I will be set on!

I have tried several vegan omega 3 supplements and this is the only one I have been able to stomach! Been taking these for several months and love the peppermint addition. No bad smell and is giving me what I need daily. Other brands would smell horrible or taste horrible. I love this brand!
